Our three days were very nice. The house offers a lot of privacy and the envirionment is nice and quiet the owners were nice and reacted fast in case of questions

Wonderful gite

Wonderful gite situated on a quiet lane . In its own plot with a good amount of space to park your car . There is a lawned area to sit out on ( sun chairs provided) and also a very welcome tree for shade . There are 2 tables ( 1 dining and 1 bistro type table and chairs to go with) . The gite is spotless and makes for a very comfortable stay . We visited Alencon and LeMans , both easy to drive to from Fresnay. There’s a local market in Fresnay on Saturday. Conchita and Michael are great hosts - everything in place for easy check in . Had the pleasure of meeting Michael who gave us a few ideas of places to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend holidaying in your gite

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in Frenay. Das ist so eine schöne Stadt. Und die Wohnung hat eine prima Lage. Nah zur Stadt und zum Bäcker und trotzdem super ruhig. Es ist alles da was man brauch und die Einrichtung passt auch. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe waren super freundlich und zuversichtlich.

Bon week-end !

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour un week-end avec un bébé de 10 mois. Le logement est agréable propre et très fonctionnel ! Les hôtes nous avaient préparé une chaise haute, un lit parapluie et une petite baignoire (vraiment génial car nous n’avions pas besoin de nous encombrer). Par contre pour des prochains voyageurs pensez à prendre un matelas pour le lit bébé car il n’y a qu’un fond. Et prendre également des oreillers (plus confort) et une couette car il n’y a juste qu’un drap simple et des plaids. Enfin il y a une légère odeur d’humidité dans la maison, après pas simple d’aérer car le temps dehors ne le permettait pas forcément. De manière général nous avons passé un bon week-end, les environs sont agréables et reposants.

Un super séjour

Charmante petite maison au calme à la campagne. Rien ne manque dans l'équipement. Le terrain est bien clôturé ce qui a permis à notre chien Andy de s'ébattre en toute sécurité. Commerces à proximité (Fresnay sur Sarthe). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle région avec beaucoup de belles découvertes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis, nous avons séjourné dans une belle propriété au calme. La propreté du logement était irréprochable. Les équipements complets et la localisation superbe pour profiter du Mans et des alentours.

Gite non entretenu extérieurement, et manque d'équipements intérieurs, (placards, penderie, couverts ex:6petites cuillères et seulement 2 bols,1 seule casserole utilisable).Ce n'est pas un gite pour plus de 3 personnes. Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires. Ayant fait de nombreux gîtes, c'est la première fois que nous rencontrons cette situation.

Rectificatif, les 6 bols étaient bien présents, concernant les autres appréciations, effectivement nous n avons pu vous accueillir, mais sur la feuille de bienvenue présente dans notre gîte, il y a nos 2 numéros de portables et sommes joignables constamment. Cela est fort dommage que vous nous n ayez pas pris le temps de appeler, nous aurions pu vous éviter votre mécontentement. Pour info, nous sommes classé 3 étoile et accueillons régulièrement jusqu à 6 personnes sans aucune remarque négative. Nous serions ravi de vous accueillir et vous rencontrer une prochaine fois. Lovely

The gite is down a quiet road which seems rural but you are only only a 5 minute walk into Fresnay itself. All our communication with Conchita and Michael (the owners) were swiftly responded to and helpful. As for the accommodation we couldn’t have asked for more, except maybe for thicker pillows. Plenty of kitchen equipment, dishwasher and washing machine, comfy beds, outdoor furniture and ample parking. The bathroom and toilet are small but have everything that is needed. It does advertise as sleeping 6, which it is capable of doing, but this would be a tight squeeze if the weather wasn’t good and all were indoors at once. Equally not ideal for the infirm as steps lead to both of the doors. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
