Independent villa of 200m² located in a quiet driveway, 2 km from the city center and the port of Carry-le-Rouet, 800m from Rouet beach and 1.3 km from the SNCF train station.
Warm holiday home, it is ideal for accommodating 6 to 9 people.

The house is managed by a concierge service who can help you throughout your stay.

Large secure swimming pool, summer kitchen with shaded terrace, barbecue and pizza oven, Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, cot available, washing machine, electric hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, games for children, board games.

Ping pong table, rackets and balls available.

The villa is made up of three floors. The ground floor bedroom is accessible without stairs and is located opposite the swimming pool.
On the 1st floor are a bedroom, the kitchen, the living room and the dining room, overlooking the terrace and the summer kitchen. The 1st floor is air conditioned.
On the 2nd floor are two bedrooms.
The 1st bedroom with a double bed is air conditioned and has a balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds.

Lovely holiday home

Nicely appointed home with plenty of space for 3 couples with 2-4 kids. About 20-30min uphill walk back from beach, town & train station, as such a car might be worth considering. Stereo & TV a little dated - limited / no streaming or Bluetooth. Highly recommend & would absolutely book again - thank you!

Das Haus haben wir mit 10 Personen bezogen und hatten für alle genügend Platz. Es ist alles notwendige Vorhanden, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, etc. Wir haben überwiegend die Aussenanlage genutzt, die sehr schön gestaltet ist, mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch direkt vorm Hause. Die Gastgeberin war immer telefonisch erreichbar.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Großartige und entspannende Silvesterferien

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei bestem Wetter in einer geräumigen Villa mit etwas Blick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Die Wege ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof sind länger und herausfordernder als gedacht. Die Umgebung hält, was die touristische Werbubg verspricht und selbst zum Jahreswechsel sind grundsätzliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants geöffnet. Séjour en famille avec petits enfants. BBC et Piscine . La piscine a besoin d’une rénovation d’urgence ( mosaïque dégradée) , le bâtiment mérite une couche de peinture et un rafraîchissement général.

Sehr schöne Ferien mit der Familie

Es hat sehr viel Platz für mit Kindern Ferien zu machen. Für Kleinkinder etwas schwierig, da es viele Treppen hat. Viele Spielsachen und Versteckmöglichkeiten. Pool angenehm gross mit verschiedenen Tiefen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit grosser Küche und Klimaanlage. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weit entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous y avons séjourné lors d'un long week-end à 2 familles. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable, l'emplacement géographique très bien. Seul point négatif elle n'est pas très adaptée pour un séjour avec des enfants en bas âge à cause des nombreux escaliers.

Reunion de famille sous le soleil

Tres beau sejour dans cette grande maison fonctionnelle est bien équipée ! De l espace, une salle de jeu bien fournie et la terrasse extérieure ont ete les vrais plus de cette maison dans laquelle toute ma famille s est sentie à l aise pour ce long week end de detente et de retrouvailles. Merci à notre hote pour sa disponibilité et pour nous avoir permis de profiter sans depart précipité, du lundi de pâques. Je recommande sans reserve cette location!!

Lovely host, beautiful house perfect for our family

We had a lovely stay. The host was brilliant, very communicative and accommodating. We really made use of the house including the gorgeous outdoor space, the children’s game room and pool (loved all the fun inflatables and floats for the pool!). The location is quiet but it’s not far to drive to local beaches etc. The air con, in the rooms it’s installed, is a huge relief from the hot weather - it can be very warm in the rooms with no air con.

Belle villa

Très belle villa avec un très bon potentiel! Mais viello, le temps a passé,et la villa est restée dans son jus des années de 1970 à 1980, mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et au goût du jour.. -l’entretient n’est pas à la hauteur espérée ainsi que le ménage à l’arrivée, une catastrophe. -une prise et remise des clefs bâclées et à la va vite . Dommage pour une prèstation de dette ordre de grandeur. -Les photos du site de l’annonce sont déjà bien hors date ! Mais le cadre est magnifique ainsi que l’endroit et une tranquillité géniale. Nous reviendrons dans la région et à carry le rouet , mais ailleurs.

Bonjour, nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pu apprécier la villa à sa juste valeur. C'est une villa provençale construite en 1990 (et non dans les années 70), dont la décoration a été entièrement refaite à partir de 2018. Ainsi les équipements de la cuisine sont tous très récents, la décoration faite de tableaux de la Provence également. Les salles de bain et d'eau ont été entièrement rénovées en 2019-2020. Les photos et la description de la villa sur le site sont régulièrement remises à jour pour tenir compte des rénovations réalisées et des décorations. Les photos reflètent bien le style de la villa. Un soin tout particulier est accordé au ménage. Enfin, concernant la remise des clés et la visite de la villa, elle a pu être réalisée suivant vos exigences d'attendre l'arrivée d'une deuxième délégation de votre entourage, ce qui a pris beaucoup de temps (1h !) puisque vous n'avez pas respecté la plage horaire que vous aviez indiquée.

Super schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool welcher durch eine Türe Kindergerecht geschützt ist. So konnten wir unsere Kinder auf der Terrasse frei bewegen lassen. Outdoor Grill und einen Pizza Holzofen rundeten das super eingerichtete Haus ab. Unmittelbar in der nähe hat es diverse Traumstrände und einen kleinen Freizeitpark für Jung und alt.

Sehr geräumige und schöne Villa, besonders der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend, Sichtschutz zu den Nachbarn. Einziger Nachteil für u2-jährige: viele Stufen im Haus und Außenbereich, Aufsicht erforderlich.
