Vacation paradise! This beautiful condo is a short block to everything. Within the distance of a block, there are restaurants, Hotel Del, tennis, gym, Coronado community center, Coronado Yacht Club, golf & the marina. Two Bicycles are available for use. If you don't feel like biking or walking anywhere then enjoy the amazing views from one of 3 balconies. From the roof deck enjoy sweeping views from the roof deck of Downtown San Diego, Glorietta Bay, marina & ocean. One block from Hotel Del. There are beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.

From the street level entry, there is a large kitchen and living room with great views of Glorietta Bay. The condo is modernized with large smart televisions, Nest automated lock, Nest air conditioning/heating thermostat, and WiF. There are 2 bedrooms, each with an attached full bath. The first bedroom is on the entry-level with a queen bed. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a King bed and stunning views of Glorietta Bay. There is a large patio on the second floor which is great for sunbathing or just relaxing and enjoying the evening.

Full appliances with oven, 4 top range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer/dryer. There is underground reserved parking as well as free overnight street parking in front of the condo. Come enjoy living on the Island!

Location, location, location!!!!

This is a darling two bedroom unit. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is well appointed. It felt like home away from home! You can’t beat the location and the views of the harbor are amazing too! Jack was very responsive and super friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Coronado

The condo location was great for exploring Coronado, easy walk to restaurants and beach. The access to the Strand bike path was very convenient. The kitchen was well organized and has everything you need. The view of the marina was relaxing and enjoyable. The owner was responsive to questions, and checking in and out was easy. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Winter in Coronado

We loved the location of the condo. Looking out at the marina was much better than dreary, brown Illinois for two months. The quick walk to the down to own and the beach was great. The owner was always prompt in answering questions that we had. Our grandchildren live in Chula Vista which was a rather quick drive from the condo. It’s been a heavenly two months!!!

Excellent stay for federal employee

My orders changed and the owner refunded the difference with out hesitation. The photos don't do this condo service. Beautiful view of Coronado bridge, Yacht club, and Coronado Shores towers. Condo is fully furnished and so is the kitchen. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. Thanks John(the owner)

Breathtaking views! Impeccably furnished!

THE perfect property for enjoying all Coronado has to offer. Not only wonderful views, but also comfortable living spaces, fresh breezes, and everything I needed for a two month stay. All I brought was a bag and a toothbrush...and that is all I needed. Owners provided a flawless check-in / out process, were responsive if anything was needed, all made for a very enjoyable stay. I'll certainly be back to spend more nights looking at the lights of the bay bridge, yacht club, the Hotel Del, and the full moon. Thanks much for a great experience, until next time!

We purchased this amazing condo for us and our kids to enjoy. Since we cannot use it year-round we want to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

Coronado is so safe and it has everything we love to do. When we arrive we rarely need to use our car unless we want to go to the San Diego Zoo. Even then there us a trolley and can take us. Whether we are causing the bikes or going for a stroll it brings us together as a family.

What makes this property unique

Location. When we arrive, the first thing we do is open the sliding glass door and stare at the beautiful view of the water and activity on the boardwalk. We love the feeling of being at the beach without having to leave our condo.
