Splendid holiday villa with private pool located in Moraira (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across two independent floors.



INTERIOR:

The GROUND FLOOR consists of a spacious living-dining room with DTT/SAT TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace and pool area, kitchen with ceramic hob, a room with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, two other bedrooms each with a double bed, one of them with air conditioning and an independent bathroom with bathtub.



Access to the upper floor is via exterior stairs. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a small dining-kitchen with ceramic hob, two bedrooms with double beds, an independent bathroom with shower and a spacious solarium to enjoy the sun.



EXTERIOR: Exceptional 8x4m rectangular swimming pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a large covered area with sofas, table and summer kitchen to enjoy good weather. Parking for one vehicle on the same plot.



LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquillity of the area and its proximity to the beaches and all services. It is just 2 km from the sandy beach and the centre of Moraira. The nearest supermarket is 2.3 km away.



OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
