Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place kitchen linens and bath foot towels in washing machine and begin quick cycle. • Make sure trash bins are properly secured to house with rope provided.
• Thoroughly clean grill, if used. • Close all windows (including sunroom).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Monthly renters must cancel or make changes to reservation one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check in to receive a refund.
Cleaning fee applies to rentals 7 days or less. Rentals 8+ nights *could* incur an additional cleaning fee if deemed necessary by cleaning team.

Great beach week!

My family and I had the best week staying at Sugaree! The property was situated right near the beach, which was great for us since we have small children and needed to run back and forth at times. The property was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable for our group. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in OBX!

Great place to stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The outside shower was nice for cleaning off sand after being at the beach. The owner responded quickly with any questions we had and was very nice. Just a few houses from the beach. The short walk was nice and easy to take chairs and toys to the beach. Located near many restaurants and short distance to wildlife refuges and lighthouses.

I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. In addition, we require a full kitchen because my son has allergies so we can't go to restaurants. I have to cook all of our meals.This was a lovely home. We were able to spend some wonderful time as a family. We were close enough to some of the attractions to be able to go to the aquarium, jockey's ridge, and the wright brothers. There are so several yarn stores in the area which is nice for my daughter and I. The kitchen is well stocked. It had enough pots and pans, cookie sheets and other items so we were able to make our desired meals. All in all we had a delightful time and are even looking at staying here again next year.

First time at the beach with our girls. House had plenty of room.for the 5 of us, nice view of sunrise over the ocean and sunset aboe the sound from the upper deck. The girls made quick friends with the dolls and stuffed animals in the house. We were on the beach in 2 minutes from the front door, within walking distance down the beach to the fishing pier and short drive to all amenities, but able to stay secluded out of the traffic.

Favorite beach house!!!

Absolutely best beach house to stay in. One minute walk to the beach. We had the whole beach to ourselves. Close to everything but hardly saw anyone near the beach. Beach house was super clean!!!
