This is a perfect beach house for a family / friend beach vacation. Super close to the beach, cozy amenities, and far enough from the commercial areas of OBX to be away from traffic while also being close enough to them to enjoy them. Sugaree was great getaway for me and my wife!

Sugaree is a beautiful and clean property and is very close to the beach. We enjoyed the sunrise on the high deck and the quiet, low key vibe of the surrounding area. The property was described well and communication with Tyler was a breeze. Highly recommended…we’ll be back!

The house was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Great first experience for us at OBX! The house is so cute and well appointed and comfortable. 4 doors from the beach on a really quiet street. We loved the fact that it was not immediately in town but still easy, short drive from fish market and grocery store. It was a perfect vacation and we will try to return!

Sugaree was a great relaxing few days for our family! We enjoyed many walks along the beach just stepa from Sugaree! The house had all the things you could every want! I especially enjoyed the full size washer and dryer!

South Nags head - perfect spot

Extremely clean and convenient, quiet neighborhood steps from the beach, very comfortable spot for my 2 sisters and I, definitely would stay again.

Excellent cottage close to the beach. Love having washer and dryer it came in handy. Very nice kitchen to cook a nice meal in. My family with me love the sunset view from upper deck. Very nice collection of books to read. The cottage was very clean .We love how close it was to beach . It was too cold the swim but my husband and father in law love they could fish at beach. It was close to some very nice shopping outlet and many restaurants. Hot tub was very good.

Tyler was an excellent host. Quick to answer and checked in to make sure all was well. The house was in a great location and the view from the upper deck is amazing both for sunrise and sunset. The beach is also great for shelling. All in all it was a great experience!

This property was very clean and spacious for the two of us. It was very close to the ocean (we could see the ocean from the upper deck and could hear the waves most of the time). Even though we did not use some of the amenities (hot tub, did not use the kitchen much) they were there and available. Parking was amble (truck, trailer, and motorcycle). The host (Tyler) was very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend this property
