This beautiful Villa...is bright, spacious, and has an incredible view of the water just outside your window! Only a short stroll down to the water's edge where you can enjoy the beautiful beach or take a boat tour to see the swimming pigs or iguanas and nurse sharks or take our jet ski tour... There's so much to see!

You can visit our Exuma Flats, a great sandbar, in one direction, or take an adventure walk to Cocoplum Beach, one of Exuma's most popular beaches, in the other. Or just spend your days lounging on our beach with a cocktail in your hand. This stunning property has the most incredible view of miles and miles of incredible beach in either direction.
