Spacious apartment (50 m2 approximately), bright, with a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...), bathroom with double sink, shower, washing machine, separate toilet, living room with corner sofa, TV with flat screen, Bluetooth base ... Dressing room in the hallway. Balcony, electric shutters.

The environment of the residence is airy and well maintained with two pretty fountains. Various shops in the immediate vicinity (400 meters) (bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacy, etc.) also, 3 supermarkets nearby. Market in the neighborhood every Wednesday morning.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber und für zwei Personen perfekt geeignet. Viele Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Standort ist ideal sowohl für die Erkundung der Stadt und der näheren Umgebung, z. B. mit dem Fahrrad, als auch für das Erreichen der beliebtesten Ziele in der Normandie. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Man merkt an vielen Details, dass es ihnen wichtig ist, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.Jederzeit wieder!

Fijn fris appartement

Caen is een leuke interessante stad. Wij namen de auto naar een parkeergarage en liepen naar de plaatsen die we wilden bekijken. Maar de bushalte is ook heel dichtbij. Na een drukke dag is het fijn om in een fijn appartement thuis te komen waar alles aanwezig is.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter les plages du débarquement. Lieu très propre et bien organisé. Le lit est confortable et l’appartement est lumineux et bien aéré. Quartier sécuritaire avec des services à distance de marche. Petit marché les mercredis matin sur le trottoir devant l’immeuble. Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar bei einem Glas Wein oder einem Kaffee die Abendsonne genießen. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns ein sehr netter Willkommens Gruß der feundlichen Vermieter. Die Verkehrsanbindung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls prima, der Bus ins Zentrum fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Urlaub in der Normandie

Wir haben sehr viel von der Normandie gesehen. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, so dass man von dort aus die Möglichkeit hat die Umgebung der Normandie zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sogar ein netter Begrüßungsgruß hing am Kühlschrank und einen frischer Blumenstrauß hatten die Gastgeber uns hingestellt. Das war wirklich eine außergewöhnlich nette Geste. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich kleine Leckereien, wie Marmelade, Cidre und Saft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung jedem weiterempfehlen.

Eine absolut perfekte Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande der Innenstadt und sie eignet sich somit hervorragend dafür, Caen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung wirkt wie neu, so gut gepflegt wird sie von den Vermietern. alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und im besten Zustand. und zum Empfang gab es auch gleich einen kleinen Essensvorrat im Kühlschrank, dazu Kekse, Kaffee und Tee sowie einen wunderbaren Blumenstrauß. Die Vermieter, Florence und Eric sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten schon vor der Reise alles perfekt für uns organisiert, so dass wir ohne Aufregung die Wohnung beziehen konnten. Zudem haben sie einen großen Vorrat an Informationsmaterial in der Wohnung bereit gelegt und beantworten auch gern selber jede nur mögliche Frage. Besser geht es nicht! Wir werden gerne wieder zurückkommen und wir können die Wohnung wirklich ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen.

Schöne Stadtwohnung in Caen

Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Toilette und Bad. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ohne Makel. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar eine "Startausstattung" lag im Kühlschrank bereit. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines größeren Wohnblocks (kein Aufzug). Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 min. günstig in der Innenstadt. Parkplätze sind in der Straße vorhanden, es gibt aber auch einen privaten Parkplatz direkt nebenan (mit Schranke). Fahrräder wurden zudem zur Verfügung gestellt. ... keine Wünsche offen.
