2km from Pornichet train station, in the wooded area of La Baule les Pins, we rent at the weekend (minimum 2 nights) or week our apartment in a luxury residence at Royal Park, closed and secure in a beautiful park planted with 4 hectares at 300 meters from the beach with:
• Two swimming pools, one heated open from April to September,
• A paddling pool for children open from April to September,
• Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas around the pools,
• Children's games and ping pong table,
• Monitored in July and August.

1st floor with elevator, sleeps 4, a west facing terrace with views of the park and pools and private outdoor parking.
