Spotless and Comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and the decor was tasteful. We were in Carlsbad visiting our son and his family and it was wonderful to return to the apartment and relax after spending the days with our three and five year old grandsons!

Perfect Apartment Getaway

Modern styled 2 bed/2bath apartment in a lovely complex with a pool. The beds, linens, furnishing, etc. are new and quite comfortable. It's conveniently located close to Bressi Ranch and has a nice western view from the balcony. The property manager is always available and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay!

11 Great Weeks

Shilda, our host was a truly lovely lady. From our first day to our last she was there to answer questions, give great advice, and take care of any of our needs. The rental looked even better in person than it did in the listing pictures. The location was close to grocery stores, restaurants and the post office and bank. It was about a 15 ride to get to downtown Carlsbad where we went every day for some wonderful oceanfront walks. ,

Great place to stay in Carlsbad area!

We had an amazing experience with this property. The hostess is super attentive and very much committed to providing a superb rental experience. The hostess invited us to provide constructive feedback from day 1 and to our surprise, she actually reacted to it right away! We stayed in this property for around 6 weeks and never had an issue with anything. Everything worked in the unit as maintenance seems to be done regularly. Highly recommended property for anyone looking to spend some time in the Carlsbad area. Super convenient location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, etc. We truly felt at home... This place is a keeper!

Exceptional experience

This is an amazing space with spectacular sunsets and excellent location! The home itself was well lit and beautifully decorated with modern furnishing and many extras. Our host went above and beyond with a generous gift basket, wine and a fridge full of bottled water and beverages. Great value for the money, we look forward to our next stay!

Carlsbad

Everything was great including welcome baskets. We had a minor problem ( not owners fault) which was addressed quickly, personally and very professionally.
