Terrific location, park your car, and the village, with its shops and restaurants, is just a short walk away. The condo is well-maintained and comfortable. Its enclosed outdoor sitting area and covered parking are nice touches. The property provides an enjoyable vacation stay, which is why we return annually.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was just steps to so many great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The apartment itself was comfortable and just the right size for my husband and I. Thank you to Pam for her great hospitality and for answering any questions I had quickly. We will be back!

Excellent location. Quiet yet right by everything. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Condo has plenty of everything from towels to paper products and even beach chairs and umbrella. Will definitely stay here again!

This is truly the best location in Carlsbad to stay! It was a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go, about 5 minutes to any of the restaurants. It was clean and comfortable, we would love to stay here again in the future!
