For a night, a few days or a romantic holiday, in complete privacy.

Our little house has been completely renovated with quality materials.
We had the idea to create a place very cocooning, a place where to meet up to two, relax.

It is located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval town center of Dol de Bretagne, classified small City of Character.

Covering an area of about 50 m² on the ground and consists of a living room with open kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom with large balneotherapy (150x200cm) of high quality (brand Jacuzzi), d a double shower in the talienne and a separate toilet.

Unlike the spa, the spa bath is equipped with a dump system. Thus water is renewed at each bath. This is the choice we have made to focus on hygiene and sanitary safety.

There is a terrace with teak garden furniture. During landscaping, the garden is not completely finished but is accessible.

From Gîte Ker Spa, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Combourg and Dinan are quickly accessible.

I propose breakfast at the rate of 20e for two people. It is deposited at your door in the morning, around 8am.
It is bookable "live" after booking the house.

Very close to the Gîte Ker Spa, you will find all the shops of the medieval town center of Dol de Bretagne (including restaurants), but also, a theater, two cinemas, pleasant parks for bucolic walks, a water park and the TGV station. Two golf courses within 10 km: Golf des Ormes and Golf de Saint-Malo (Le Tronchet).
