PROVENCE MAS OF ATYPICAL CHARACTERS
IMPORTANT NOTE :
I'd just like to inform you that some changes have been made to the main farmhouse: the kitchen has been enlarged, the bathroom renovated and the outdoor furniture changed.
I would like to precise that the "mas" are not equipped with air-conditioning because they are built in stones which know how to keep the heat well and it is also an ecological question.
The Authentic ........ A holiday home par excellence ... Grandparents, parents, little children will find their place in these houses (or friends of course).
Countryside atmosphere ... sea and lake at the same time.
At the end of a small country road in Provence, located on the heights of DRAGUIGNAN, not far from famous VAR vineyards, you will discover two stone buildings, dating from 1873, located in the middle of olive trees, scrubland, cicadas and blooming good thyme and lavender ...
The rental concerns two Provençal buildings "the sheepfold and the olive trees", they have kept their authentic spirits, Provençal, cut off from the modern world (weak WIFI network), they can be suitable for two families (9 people or 2 people they are on a property of 4 hectares fenced with an entrance with an electric gate.
For you, the holidays, it is sign of conviviality around your small dishes? you will be happy…
By visiting the region you will discover its gastronomic heritage (truffles) and wine (rosés).
Our region offers a multitude of opportunities for escape, summer festivities (concerts in the surrounding vineyards), Provencal markets, tasting of rosés, flea markets, bicycles, hiking, swimming.
Mountain biking, racing biking, mountain biking with or without a guide can be organized, and bicycles can be made available for your stay.
Canoeing and kayaking trips can be organized on various routes on the surrounding rivers.
The place is ideally located between sea and lake.
Only one hour from NICE or MARSEILLE airport, 10 minutes from ARCS SUR ARGENS station.
The beaches are 30 minutes, SAINT TROPEZ at 1 hour, VERDON at 1 am and all the villages of PROVENCE nearby.
Three majestic mulberry trees shade the terrace with their foliage for your meals.
A wood-burning barbecue may be used except in windy conditions.
RENTAL CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
Warning :
Upon arrival you will pay the owner a cleaning fee of 130 € and 12 € per person for the cost of linen (sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels).
Dogs are allowed, one per stay. You will be charged €5 per dog per day;

Possibility of grocery delivery upon arrival upon request (surcharge).
Possibility of childcare on request (surcharge).
Possibility of preparing breakfast, (on request), it will be composed
a selection of breads and / or pastries, brioches, crepes of the day, cake, fresh fruit juice extractor according to the fruits of the moment, homemade jam, yogurt and fruit to accompany your tea, coffee or chocolate.
For younger guests, they can start the day with a hot chocolate, fruit juice, home-made cake and a pastry all on request.
Ability to pick up people at the airport or train station on request (surcharge).
Possibility of organizing rosé wine tastings in different areas of the region on request (surcharge).
For winter stays, each building has electric heaters, a supplement for heating will be required according to your consumption.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August.
The dwellings break down as follows:
THE SHEEPFOLD :
Composed of a main room with a double bed and a bunk bed and an alcove with a single bed.
On the floor you will have the corner toilet and shower.
This place is perfect for children or even teenagers.
OLIVE TREES :
A dining room with fireplace, an adjoining fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a mini oven, fridge freezer, a bathroom with shower, a mezzanine with a double bed and a large bedroom with a double bed and a boat bed (single bed).
Ideal for parents!
GARAGE :
You will find the lingerie corner, washing machine, sink, fridge, and cellar.
A second fridge will be available.
We installed a stove and oven in the garage to avoid cooking inside the house.
Behind this building is an outdoor shower hidden from view and covered parking.
Then a few steps will lead you to the SWIMMING POOL with a dimension of 12m x 6m.
An ideal southern exposure, fully secured by a wrought iron fence and a gate.
The deckchairs, mattresses, garden furniture will seduce you.
Other remarks
A professional will spend during your absences every two days to clean the pool.
The owner may come for an early morning swim at the pool.

We provide baby equipment such high chairs, and two baby beds!
We accept dogs and cats if they are well educated.
