36 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor of a small residence located on a quiet street. It has 2 small balconies and a large terrace on which you can install the garden furniture stored in the apartment. It consists of 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with a Mezzanine 1 place bed, a 2 places bed and a clothes rack. The second: a 140 cm bed, a wardrobe and a cupboard.
The kitchen area has been refurbished: hob with 2 induction hobs, fridge, microwave, small oven, coffee maker, toaster ... it is open to the living room with a sofa, ottoman, table and chairs, chest of drawers, tv, dvd. The bathroom and wc (separate) have also been renovated: a shower, sink, shelves and washing machine.
Skis, or any other equipment, can be stored on the terrace or in the entrance airlock.

Le logement est fonctionnel et très bien situé. Toutefois il n’y a pas de box wifi. La terrasse est partagée avec un autre logement. Je recommande pour un couple ou une petite famille.

Un séjour parfait passé à Cauterets en famille. Appartement très propre fonctionnel et très agréable, proche du centre et des accès aux pistes ! Appartement trouvé une semaine avant de partir, bon rapport qualité prix. Deux coin sommeil distinct avec pièce de vie suffisante pour allé skier ou pour faire de la randonné l'été. Partie à 4 adultes. Propriétaire à l'écoute avec un échange facile. Je recommande ce logement et je repasserais par aux si possible.

Logement un peu vieillot mais salle de bain et WC entièrement rénovés. L'escalier extérieur et le couloir d'entrée de l'immeuble sont sales et pas accueillants, au point que nous n'avons jamais eu envie d'utiliser la terrasse extérieure. La situation de l'appartement dans le village est parfaite avec les commerces et un grand parking à proximité.

Vacanciers de confiance mais manque de communication car aucun problème n’a été signalé . Les parties communes sont soumises à un nettoyage régulier si cela n’a pas été fait il aurait fallu nous en avertir. De notre côté nous apprécions profiter de notre terrasse!

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au calme tout en étant à cinq minutes du centre de Cauterets. Nous le recommandons vivement. Maryline est très réactive et à l'écoute si besoin. On peut préciser qu'il y a un parking gratuit (en été) à proximité qu'il faut repérer avant. On le rejoint à pied par une petite passerelle. Nous avons pu nous mettre en warning devant la maison pour décharger en se serrant bien sur le trottoir pour nous garer ensuite au fameux parking qui longe le torrent (appelé gave).

Cet appartement a l air bien et bien propre et le propriétaire est sympa et bonne communication et rapidement me répondre sms .mais parfois pas facile parking.et nous avons bonne vacances randonner, luge ,d aller pont d Espagne etc... merci le propriétaire.
