Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime). The master bedroom overlooks the pool area and includes a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a computer desk. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. The 3rd bedroom includes a full-sized bunk bed that can sleep 4 people. The kids will love this room! The bunk bed includes a twin-sized bed at the top, a full-sized bed at the bottom, and a twin-sized trundle.

Kitchen: The kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, dishes, utensils, chef knives, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, rice cooker, large refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space for storage. The kitchen also includes a beautiful breakfast nook area and granite counter-tops with bar stools overlooking the main living room area.

Living Room: The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime), and a Google Home assistant.

Game Room: This room includes a 2 in 1 combo game table (billiard and ping pong). You will also find 2 video arcade games: Super Pac-Man Arcade and Street Fighter. A live sized Connect 4 as well as board games, books, and toys. The French doors from this room lead into the pool area.

Pool: The house includes a beautiful screened in lanai with an L shaped heated pool with a southern exposure. You will also find lounge chairs to relax, patio table / chairs and a BBQ grill. It has lots of privacy all around and is beautifully landscaped. There is an added daily cost for pool heating which is optional.
