The chalet is located in the Hautes-Alpes, in the heart of OrciĂšres Merlette resort (1850m) and at the gates of the Ecrins natural park at 500m walk from the center of the resort and the ski lifts. 150m from a free shuttle stop for the center of the resort and the ski lifts. In the middle of a garden of 7a - Wonderful view, facing south.
The chalet is composed of 2 apartments on 2 levels, with separate entrances, without internal connection. It has a privative ground, extending around the chalet of 7a.

Excellent location shirt walk to shops and slopes

Friendly helpful guardian met us at property and showed us facilities. Helped to get bed linen & towels (which you need to book in advance) only lived across the road so was on hand if any problems. Well equipped chalet with great position helped to make our family holiday unforgettable.

La personne qui nous a reçu était vraiment gentille. Le logement est trÚs bien, trÚs bien situé ; seul petit bémol l'accÚs au chalet un peu rude... Une rembarde sur le cÎté rendrait l'accÚs un peu plus sûr.

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour au nouvel an.Nos amis (2 adultes et 2 enfants) ont pris le rdc et nous (2 adultes et 3 enfants) l’étage. Le chalet possĂšde une belle terrasse sud, on mangeait Ă  midi en plein soleil.La salle Ă  manger est suffisamment grande pour 6 adultes, les enfants mangeaient avant nous.Le dĂ©faut est son accĂšs car il faut prendre un chemin rocailleux Ă  pied sur 80m, les enfants sont tombĂ©s quelques fois. On avait pris une consigne proche des pistes pour y laisser nos skis, on n’a donc pas pris la navette qui passe Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du chalet.Nos 4 enfants (5 a 10 ans) n’avaient pas de soucis pour le trajet Ă  pied.Le chalet est Ă  recommander!

Vue a couper le souffle

Nous avons passer un excellent moment dans le chalet avec nos amis! La localisation est au premier abord assez Ă©loignĂ©e du champ de neige et l accĂšs via une cĂŽte ai dĂ©nivelĂ© important est assez difficile mais une consigne pour le matĂ©riel prĂȘt du front de neige a vite rĂ©solu la problĂ©matique. Le chalet est bien Ă©quipĂ© et Ă  tous le nĂ©cessaire pour passer un excellent sĂ©jour dans une trĂšs bonne station.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Puis je ajouter qu'il y a une navette gratuite qui passe réguliÚrement à 100m du chalet. La navette mÚne au centre de la station et au départ des pistes. Hélas à Merlette, aucun chalet individuel n'est au pied des pistes.

Great.

This is a great property in a great location, the views are fabulous. Bit of a trek from the car parking with luggage and shopping but the views more than make up for it. Comfortable beds, close to all the local facilities. Great summer adventure.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le chalet est bien Ă©quipĂ©, bien situĂ©, tout prĂšs du centre de la station, au calme, sans vis Ă  vis, avec une vue superbe. Seul bĂ©mol, les bruits de pas et de chaises lorsque l’on est dans l’appartement du bas, qui peuvent ĂȘtre gĂȘnants surtout lorsque les gens ne se connaissent pas.

Pour information, nous ne louons quasi jamais l un ou l autre des 2 appartements sĂ©parĂ©ment et si tel est le cas, c'est oĂč le haut ou le bas, donc jamais de gĂȘne entre inconnus😉 Nous avons rĂ©novĂ© la totalitĂ© de ce chalet de 1960, intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur, mais nous n avons pas reinsonorise le sol entre les 2 appartements. Super séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable dans ce chalet. L'accueil des propriétaires par téléphone et du responsable de l'état des lieux ont été fait avec soins et sympathie. Le chalet est trÚs bien équipé et trÚs fonctionnel. Parfait pour nos 2 petites familles (chacun avait son espace). Nous nous sommes régalés, nous reviendrons !

ChĂšre Madame, Vous ĂȘtes arrivĂ©e Ă  9h alors que les arrivĂ©es se font Ă  16h. Un mĂ©nage Ă©tait prĂ©vu que nous avons dĂ» annuler puisque vous Ă©tiez dĂ©jĂ  dans le chalet. Nous sommes donc dĂ©solĂ©s si tout n'Ă©tait pas parfait mais nous n'en sommes pas responsables. Quant au parking, nous acceptons votre critique car notre voisin fait des travaux qui bloquent notre parking momentanĂ©ment. Nous nous en excusons.

Chalet super bien placé prÚs de toutes les commodités sans avoir les inconvénients du bruit de la station . Vue exceptionnelle et avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique .
