Great family trip

Good location, spacious

Good location, close to old town Ba don and walking distance to the beach. Front door key pads only work every 5th or 6th or 7th time, tried to call for assistance but on hold for 10 minutes. Dated furnishings but clean and comfortable for 5 adults.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house accommodated every need. Beach access was a little bit of a walk, but right down the road. The refrigerator smelled a little odd, but that would be my only complaint. The view was spectacular! Thank you for the great stay. Went to the West coast Safari, very fun place to go if you have kids or for yourself 😊

Wonderful home!

Plenty of room for our family. Was well stocked with kitchen ware. Same with linens. We loved the view out the front to see the beach. Short distance to get to the beach.

The home was clean, comfortable, larger than it looks in the pictures and was so cozy. Short walk to the beach and close travel to downtown. Great town, and great rental.

Ideal Beach House

Lovely, comfortable house for the 7 of us. Definitely one of the best rentals we have stayed in… I appreciated the simple tasteful decor. I am not comfortable with every surface cluttered with knick knacks! The furniture and size of the livingroom allowed for a great gathering place. And, all the beds had very comfortable mattresses and bedding. We hope to return here!

Nice location and view

The view was amazing from this house. The bedrooms were comfortable and it slept our large family easily. The 3 bathrooms were nice. The kitchen is very dated. We used it a lot and appliances worked, but noticeably older than the other parts of the house.

great rental

Excellent location, ocean views fill the 2 large living room windows. Very clean. Liked the layout of the house with 2 BR/1B first floor and 2BR/2B on top floor (with one bath being on suite for our mother) was perfect for our family. Older house but well maintained.

The best views.

The location and views are incredible. The home is perfrct for a group of 8 to 10. This home is in need of updating and a deep-deep cleaning. The dining table is only equip for 6 people not 8 to 10. The kitchen was not clean. It still had food splashes on the wall and food on the floor mat. Master bathroom is very small.

Great Location!

Location location location, this house has it! So nice being able to look out and see Face Rock and all the other rock formations on beautiful Bandon beach. We stayed with one other couple so only used the two bedrooms upstairs but there are two more downstairs with another bathroom so definitely can accommodate larger groups. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there are also games available if you forget yours. It is an older home but very comfortable for hanging out. Close to old town Bandon which we rode our bikes to and access to the long stretch of beach are a short walk to the right or left and down the stairs. We will definitely be staying at Tidal Links again.

Definitely pet friendly

The property was as stated. It was definitely dog friendly because there was dog hair everywhere. We had a 2 year old with us and she rolled up in the carpet while playing on the floor. There were quite large chunks of hair under the rug. However, everything else was very nice. The location is excellent.

Decent value for the money.

The property was everything we expected. The house is very large. On one night we had six adults, two teens, two toddlers and two dogs in the house and it never felt crowded. The location is what you're paying for and it's pretty much perfect. Walking distance to two beach access points, the city park and dog park and a short drive to old Bandon for the tourist experience. Two things that were annoying are: 1. The kitchen is straight out of the 60s and too small for more than one cook. While all appliances were adequate and there were more than enough plates, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, etc.: it's just too small and outdated. And 2. The TV position is not good for late afternoon viewing. Once the sun starts setting light pours in through the windows on either side of the TV and pretty much overwhelms the screen. I'm not sure how to remedy that but it is a problem for about 2 hours. One unexpected perk for those with dogs is a very large park-like area about 50 yards behind the house. Very convenient for walking pets. We saw 6 deer, several turkeys and a skunk so wildlife is part of the experience. Overall we and our guests had a very relaxing experience.

The views and house were great

Loved the Tidal links place and really accommodated our family vacation. With a baby and 6 adults it was very comfortable. Probably one of the best views I’ve ever had on the coast. Public Beach access was about 1/4mile down the road not in front of the house. Refrigerator broke down and we have to ice chest all our food for the stay, refrigerator was replaced on our second day of stay. Slider door on outdoor patio wouldn’t work which made using the bbq hard since the smoke didn’t have really anywhere to go. The outdoor garbage can was really full and made it hard to throw our own trash awasly. We were happy with everything else the house had to offer. The small issues we ran into didn’t make the stay terrible. We were havopy with the good communication between the owner and is. Thanks for a great stay

Spacious and well-appointed for larger group

Tidy and clean with all you need, including a cupboard full of games (our six kids played Risk every spare minute). Plenty of dishes for large groups. Facilities well-maintained except for a broken sliding door that would have allowed ventilation in the sunroom, which gets quite hot. Only other downside was the pet odor which was pretty overpowering, especially in the lower level of the home. Although we also brought two dogs, they were either out on the beach with us or in the garage (which was convenient for this purpose) and then kenneled in the garage at night. They were never in the house itself. Beach access required going 1/3 mile in either direction, with 130+ stairs to the south and just over 120 stairs to the north. We sent a group on foot with the dogs and then also drove a car to haul toys and gear. Overall, a very pleasant place with the views, top-quality Hunter-Douglas shades to control light and privacy, and everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

When you can look out the living room window and see the rocky coastline, including iconic Face Rock, that's a winner. We also saw resident grey whales in the distance. Having sunny weather, of course, meant we picked an ideal time. The home otherwise isn't spectacular, but it is well set up for a large group and in good shape for an older coastal property. It was ideal for gathering of old high school friends, and it's a place that we'll likely return to in future years.

Perfect location

We had a great stay here. The house is older, but very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is relatively small, but it worked fine for our party of 5 adults. The hosts were very responsive and available. Access to the beach is great and it's a short drive to old town Bandon.
