Enjoy complete seclusion with private parking for a smooth arrival. Inside, a spacious open-plan kitchen / dining area combines modern convenience with rustic character. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area with an oak table positioned to take in breathtaking views, while two generous living rooms provide ample space to relax or entertain.

Step outside to the garden with scenic valley views. Unwind in the hot tub, dine alfresco with the charcoal barbecue, or simply soak up the surroundings from the outdoor seating area. Picnic-ware and cool boxes are provided for days spent exploring local Border walks, cycling routes just minutes away, or fishing at the nearby loch.

Dignity comfortably accommodates up to eight adults and one infant across five luxurious bedrooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed with ample storage, mirrors, hairdryers and bedside cabinets. The stunning master suite features a super king-size four-poster bed, an en-suite bathroom, and patio doors opening onto a private outdoor seating area.

Amzing property, very well stocked kitchen, lovely bedrooms and living rooms, worked well with different ages of famiy, Had a problem with heating the house while we were there which was a shame as it was a very cold week but the owner came and checked on us eventually and got the heating sorted on the last day which was a shame it took that long. the owner was very friendly when we did meet her, the hot tub was a nice addition and the fenced off area for the dog was really handy just outside the back door. Lovely area to walk round, amazing views so overall it was a lovely house and a lovely holiday just a chilly one. Would definitely go back.

Peacefully tucked away from the rest of the world, the property feels wonderfully secluded, yet remains conveniently connected. The nearest train station is just 10 minutes away, with trains reaching the centre of Edinburgh in under 45 minutes, while Galashiels is only six miles from the door.

The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with an enclosed garden and a private hot tub; ideal for relaxing after a day exploring. Inside, heated oak and slate floors, earthy tones, solid wooden furniture and Anta plaids create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, all complemented by sweeping valley views.

With nearby attractions and a wide range of outdoor activities, there is plenty to keep children, and adults, entertained throughout your stay.
