About this property

5 chalets with private pool. Pets welcome

Ecological chalet of about 140 square meters on three levels with veranda with table and chairs, and private garden with barbecue.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with adjoining kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. In the living area there are sofas and flat TV. On the ground floor there is also a matrimonial room), and adjacent to it is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The Mansarda has two single beds with a mountain view on one side and a swimming pool on the other.
Public areas are a swimming pool 4 * 8 meters deep 1,40mt equipped with beds and chairs available to customers until exhaustion.
In the garden adjacent to the pool, or on demand in the private garden of the house, there are games for children.
Pets are welcome.

Fantastisch!

Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in der kleinen Ferienanlage. Die Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und makellos sauber. Das Haus war ebenso makellos und fantastisch ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns die Herzlichkeit von Desy gefallen, die uns das Gefühl gegeben hat, Teil der Familie zu sein. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Logement parfait et hôte au top

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Desy. Desy a été à notre écoute et a su nous guider durant notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement placé et très bien entretenu. La piscine est très agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce logement

Unser Urlaub war toll, Objekt, Lage etc...alles wie beschrieben. Schönes, kleines, ruhiger Dörfchen in der Toskana. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Wunsch blieb offen :). 100% Weiterempfehlung auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Großer Garten mit viel Outdoorspielzeug und Swimmingpool♡. Vielen Dank

vacances très agréables dans un cadre de verdure

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Desy et avons été totalement satisfaits. La propriété est très bien entretenue et dans un coin magnifique, la maison est spacieuse (nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et avons eu largement assez de place), très propre et bien équipée. Desy est très agréable, accueillante, disponible et aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement ce logement!

Vacanza in Garfagnana

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere un paio di giorni con la famiglia ed i cognati in Garfagnana. La casa è molto bella, accogliente, spaziosa e dotata di vari comfort, come per esempio la piscina (che causa cattivo tempo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare), un loggiato dove poter stare a mangiare fuori. Molto silenziosa per chi vuole una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Per noi è stato un punto di riferimento per andare a visitare luoghi come il ponte del Diavolo, l'eremo di Calomini e la Grotta del Vento. Ideale per chi vuole una vacanza dove poter fare delle camminate immersi nella natura.

Residence bello e confortevole

Il residence è ben tenuto, le casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia è impeccabile. Abbiamo passato dei giorni splendidi, i bambini hanno potuto giocare serenamente, avendo a disposizione sia il giardino privato che il prato del residence. La vista del paesaggio circostante è bella e trasmette pace. Grazie a Desy per la sua gentilezza, la sua disponibilità e i suoi consigli.

Très belle résidence !

Superbe résidence de grand confort dans une belle région d'Italie. La résidence est très bien entretenue, les maisons sont très belles, confortables et la propreté est impeccable. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil. Encore un tout grand merci à Desy pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. La région ne manque pas d'intérêt avec la proximité de Lucca et Pise, la mer et toutes les curiosités et activités de la région du Garfagnana. Le village médiéval de Coreglia est très joli et nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir participer à la fête médiévale (à ne pas manquer!). Bref, des vacances inoubliables pour toute la famille.

SUPER SEJOUR AU CALME

Magnifique propriété, tout confort, propreté irréprochable ! Merci à Desy pour sa gentillesse, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans un cadre magnifique. Excursion à barga, super petit village entièrement réservé aux piétons, génial avec les enfants. Visite de l'ancienne ville de Lucca = mission impossible ! Si vous y allez, n'entrez SURTOUT PAS dans les murs en voiture, mais si vous trouvez une place de parking à l'extérieur, vous pouvez tenter la visite. Personnellement, nous avons été déçus, trop de circulation. La plage où nous sommes allés était superbe, mais le prix pour les chaises longues et parasols est exorbitant. Nombreux petits restaurants sympa à prix corrects. Le petit village de Correglia est très pittoresque, avec son musée de plâtres. Nous reviendrons prochainement dans ce petit coin de paradis sur terre.

L'endroit est merveilleux, au milieu des montagnes, tout prêt d'un magnifique petit village pittoresque ! Desy s'est recevoir, charmante et au petit soin. Les personnes qui l'entourent comme Simona sont également adorables. Les personnes dans le village sont aussi très accueillants. Le logement est fonctionnel, joli et on s'y sent bien.
