Sunset Vista is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with beautiful panoramic views of the Sou'West River. Nestled into the Clinton Hills, our cottage offers guests a perfect location to call home while exploring the Island. Many terrific beaches, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions await and are just a short drive away.

Inside, you will find an open concept living area with vaulted ceilings which is a perfect layout for entertaining and keeping everyone in on the conversation! The entire front of the cottage offers beautiful river views and sliding patio doors off of the dining room, living room and master bedroom allow for direct access to the large wrap around deck. The living area is comfortably furnished and offers heat and air conditioning for you to find your perfect temperature. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and streaming services including Netflix and Disney+.

All three bedrooms are situated on the west side of the cottage. The Master bedroom features a queen size bed and view of the river and sunsets through the glass patio door. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are just a few steps away and feature Queen and Double beds, respectively, and have a full bathroom in between. The second bathroom is found just inside the main entrance and includes a stand up shower and laundry facilities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one! It even has a wine fridge to boot which is just waiting to be filled upon your arrival. The cottage also has a good selection of board & card games for those later summer evenings or rainy days.

Wonderful Cottage with a View

We loved the cottage! The photos didn’t do it justice! It was very clean and well-stocked and had a great layout for our multigenerational family - very spacious on one level, with 2 bathrooms. The owners communicated very well and left a welcome gift, which was very thoughtful. The expansive deck with a beautiful view was a wonderful space and the lighted fire pit was a special touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cottage!

Great Property

We loved our stay at Sunset Vista Cottage! The cottage was cean, very roomy and with the wrap-around deck there's lots of space for everyone. It's located close to the beaches, activities and golf courses. The sunsets in the evening are spectacular. Took photos every night as each one looked better than the night before. Jonathan is a great host and even provided a lobster pot and burner so we could enjoy a great lobster feast at home. And at night we set up around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Best PEI vacation EVER!

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this property is fabulous! The cottage, the location, the view and the host. This is the perfect place for a getaway and to recharge. Thank you to Jonathan for being such an amazing host. The welcome gift was also extremely appreciated. I will definitely return!
