Welcome to Sunnyside Stay, a cozy home located in the beautiful Summerside. Perfect for big groups and spacious for small ones. 3min drive from County Fair Mall and Granville Street with its many shops and restaurants.

Fully furnished kitchen and dining room, 4 comfortable bedrooms with linens provided (1 queen beds and 3 double beds), 2 full bathrooms with towels, 2 large TVs with immersive sound system, and a laundry room.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, with a gorgeous backyard with a deck, outdoor sunroom and gazebo, private parking space, and an outdoor wheelchair-accessible lift that leads to the upper part of the house.

You have access to all of the space, except the storage room which will be locked off.

Check in time: 2PM
Check out time: 11AM

The host will provide you a code for the front door at your check in time. Please depart the property no later than 11AM to avoid extra charges.

Summerside is a sleepy town. This property worked okay as a base camp. When were arrived, the place was over inundated with air freshener but once those were unplugged, it was fine

A great Weekend

The place was clean with great A/C and in a wonderful neighborhood, close to a lot of amenities. There aren’t any utensils, spices, or cooking materials like frying pans so bring those for your stay!

Hi Carli, Thank you for your review and we glad you have enjoyed your stay at our home. We actually do already provide our guests with a full drawer of all kinds of cooking utensils, silverwares, a whole set of pots that also includes a frying pan, baking sheet, baking pot and rack. We did notice the frying pan was used and placed in the dishwasher. We do not provide spices since no one has ever used them or the guests always ended up buying their own spices. We will consider putting out the basic spices again. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely make some improvements.

enjoy stay

We had a great stay there. The house is pretty old but clean. Location is good. Kitchen is well-equipped and organized. Things that we recommend to improve is the bathroom at upper stair. The door was not able to lock from inside and the bathtub's drainage system was a bit stuck. It would be better for eye sight if the recreation room in basement is installed with more lights.

Our family get together

1. House was great, beds were superb. The problem we had were with the amenities. 2. 2 different addresses. On Sept 9th we had a notice from Vrbo stating 200 Walker ave in one spot, 220 Walker ave in another. We were uncertain where we were going. 3. When we booked we listed 7 guests which was ok’d by Angie. When we arrived there were only 6 chairs, we had to retrieve a patio chair from the gazebo. 4. We seemed to be lacking enough dishes. There were no extras. 5.There was also a shortage in glasses and cups. Especially no juice glasses and water glasses. Cups were at a premium. 6. Towels were also an issue as we were there four days , 3 nights and only one towel per person. One of the bath towels was badly stained, but had to be used. 7. Coffee maker, 7 people and a coffee maker for 3. Need ar least an 8 cup maker. 8. Utensils. We went to cook breakfast and nothing to turn an egg over with. We are sure most people cook breakfast in the morning. Went to have a bbq and no utensils. 9. The bath tub on the main floor. The drain was very slow. We had to plunge it to get the water to flow out when having a shower. Angie, very glad you are reaching out to us as did not want to write these things in the little book. We are all in our 70’s and 80’s and have travelled many countries and have learned what we come to expect when renting a property. Hope our suggestions will help you make your home away from home more comfortable for those who come behind us. lind
