Location is great, the view is amazing, pool is really accessible and check-in was pretty smooth. Inside the condo was a little different. The listing is not clear that the elevator opens right into the unit. The unit was not very clean, and lacked things like a door mat, and sufficient beach and bath towels for a group of 6. The AC went out once but just required a breaker flip. Poor tub drainage is to be expected with beachside condos but the tub was particularly slow to drain. The kitchen did have many available set ups to use, which was helpful.

We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness and towel supply did not meet your expectations. We always want our guests to be comfortable, and we wish you had reached out to us during your stay. Had we known there were housekeeping concerns, we would have been happy to send someone back to address anything that may have been missed. We also appreciate you bringing the bathtub drainage issue to our attention. We’ll have our plumber take a look to make sure it is draining properly. Regarding the elevator, we understand that having it open directly into the unit may be different from what some guests are accustomed to. It is a secure and convenient feature of the property, and we’ll consider making this feature even clearer in the listing. The condo accommodates up to 8 guests and is stocked with towels and washcloths accordingly, with a washer and dryer also available in the unit for guests’ convenience. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. We’re glad you enjoyed many aspects of the property, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

The condo was clean, aside from the sandy floors, but that’s to be expected on the beach. It was dated, but the view from the balcony and master bedroom were excellent. We had all the dishes and supplies (aside from running out of TP) that we needed for our four day stay. They need to fix the locks on the master bedroom and master toilet room though. Overall, a good value for the money paid.

Awesome view, great condo

It was a great stay at the beach, with the perfect space for our group. We enjoyed every amenity and of course the beach. Truly amazing location, not that they have much say, but we saw dolphins, starfish, sand dollars, and horse shoe crabs all alive on the beach, was truly a good spot and stay.

Great Beachside Condo

Great condo with lots of space for the family and easy access to both pool and beach. The floor of the condo was a bit dirty when we arrived and there were very few starting essentials (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent), but nothing that affected our trip. Would recommend as a great family spot on Tybee.

Vacation in Tybee.

Condo needs repairs and a thorough cleaning. Beds very uncomfortable. Kitchen was great. Pool and grounds are great.Parking garage was great.Staff is very friendly.Tybee was a great place for vacation.

We will be looking into repairs that need to be done. However no one has complained about the beds but we will defiantly replace them if they need it. We wish you would have told our office upon check in that there were repairs needed we could have taken care of that for you and also cleaning we would have been glad to send housekeeping back.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here for our annual anniversary vacation. It was a beautiful place! There were only small things like a chair outside had a rusted crumbly leg and the fire alarm randomly beeped twice. Overall it was wm excellent place and we would love to book here again in the future.

Condo on the Beach

My family & I really enjoyed this property. The elevator opens right into your condo & that was so convenient. The only thing we didn’t like was that we got one key for all 8 of us, but we made it work.
