It's also close to everything, restaurants and shops, yet quiet as no neighbors on either side. So going to the beach is not a project 2,3,4, or 5 block away. If you forget something, it's one minute back. It has it's own gated entrance.This is a really special apartment, everyone is just shocked and fall in love when they get up here. Everyone loves the breeze and panoramic view from the third floor deck. Private parking is provided, and additional parking is available for cars and boats (remotely) Walk one block to Folly's only grocery store and the other way one block to center street or the pier. This freshly renovated loft apartment has all new high-end appliances and furnishings. A 60" flat screen with a Roku. Furthermore, it has unlimited on demand high pressure tankless hot water. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably, but can sleep 6 adults if they don't mind the semi private loft bedrooms. Kids love the lofts. Update, we do have a washer and dryer installed now.
