Top Floor/one story Penthouse. Best water views in the entire area. You see the ocean, the bay and the new marina. Large balcony is extremely livable, sunny, shady and wonderful breezes. You can see the sun and the moon rise over the mountains. The inside is beautifully furnished throughout. Original paintings from local artists and 2 flat screen TV's with DVD's. The all new fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with amazing granite features. This spacious condo offers two suites, each with a king bed. The second room has an additional twin bed. The open floor plan offers spectacular views from every room!

Enjoy the beautiful views that every room in this corner penthouse offers! Not only do you have a pool in your own backyard but you can also see across the bay to the mountains and over to the Flamingo Marina. After breakfast on your terrace you can walk down to relax on the semi-private beach or enjoy kayaking, snorkeling or fishing. Then head your favorite restaurant for lunch and a delicious Mojito's! You can't beat Costa Rica's Mojito's!

This condo is centrally located in Playa Flamingo, which offers one of Costa Rica's few white sand beaches. There are also many excellent restaurants and shops. Adventure activities are plentiful. We can help you arrange anything from bike and kayak rentals to horseback or jet-ski tours. Many day trips are also available like white-water rafting, volcano hikes or canopy tours.

Vacation at Playa Flamingo

The third floor condo was very nice and the ocean was fantastic. Flamingo harbor w/the many yachts & shops was great. the Krain Mngmnt red book was a great tool to book wonderful excursions. On site supervisor Juan, was very helpful in porting bags to the top level. We got our daily workout in climbing to the great penthouse

Stunning Views but poor communication

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is as shown in the photos with a wonderful balcony and stunning views. The kitchen is really well laid out and well stocked. Condo has plenty of room for 4 people and was recently renovated. Lovely beach and pool.Second bedroom is small with the extra bed blocking the closet. No wifi in that room either and no TV (if those things are important to you). Town is very small and if you like browsing in shops and finding live music for the evenings, this is not where you will find it. A golf cart or car is really useful as it is far to walk anywhere. The communication from the management company was very poor. They gave us incorrect info. before we arrived - we were told there was a dishwasher (there wasn't), was told what would be in the welcome basket (it was nothing like what they said), they gave us the wrong code for the gate to the property (luckily our taxi driver was able to call and sort it out so we could get in). They were slow to respond to issues in the condo (took 2 days to get someone to fix a toilet and unblock a sink, we didn't get all the beach towels until the second week of the trip, never got a response at all from the housekeeping email).Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay if you are looking for a very quiet location and are happy to sit on the balcony watching the ocean.

This condo is centrally located to the town of Playa Flamingo. Tony G. with Krain was very responsive and gave us great ideas of things to do and restaurants to visit while in CR. The condo was stocked with everything you would need including extra towels. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals which we did a couple of times. The property is well maintained. Again the views are magical!
