Stunning Ocean View with 2 Pools - Flamingo and Conchal Beaches

Wake up to breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean in this brand new, magnificently decorated 2-bedroom, and 2 ½-bathroom condo located in Flamingo. From the main living area, large balcony, and master bedroom, one can see dramatic sunsets and the waves crashing on many nearby beaches. Here you will have a front row seat to the Howler monkeys and exotic birds in the neighboring trees, can listen to the waves, watch the whales and enjoy the expansive views of our neighboring beaches.

Our new condo, Sea View Play, is located on the Brasilito side of Flamingo’s exclusive South Ridge and this second-floor 2-bedroom, 2 ½ bath suite is unique as it is a corner unit of Flamingo Towers. Being a corner unit, our condo has 2 large terraces with great southern sunlight. The huge ocean view terrace, with six patio chairs, has an absolutely spectacular view of Brasilito Bay and Playa Conchal, and the other bedroom has a terrace, with two patio chairs, a table and a hammock, facing a view of lush, green mountains and the Flamingo Marina.


The master bedroom can also be accessed from the large balcony via sliding glass doors and features a king bed, a walk-in closet, fantastic views of the ocean, and a separate Juliet balcony with pretty valley views. Enjoy breakfast in bed while viewing the Pacific Ocean, whale watching and hearing the ocean waves! The en-suite master bathroom has its own shower .
There is also an inflatable twin size bed.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds that can be easily converted into a king bed (call ahead so that we can prepare the bed to your liking). The second bedroom also enjoys its own, private and fully furnished balcony with stellar ocean and green valley views. This corner condo gives ample privacy and has more balcony options than other condos in this unit. (*We also have a queen size inflatable air mattress that we can provide if you have 5/6 people you are trying to accommodate. Again, just call ahead so we can prepare that for you.)

Sea View Play’s kitchen comes equipped with a breakfast bar, stovetop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, granite countertops, and all of the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen opens up beautifully into the dining area (seating six persons) and the main living area. Beautiful full-length sliding glass doors open to reveal the expansive balcony, complete with 6 lounge chairs, a grill, and a bar. Our home contains a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. At Sea View Play, we also provide some additional amenities: (beach toys, a cooler, portable beach umbrellas and beach blankets).
