You’ll love this beautiful new apartment because of the proximity to Flamingo beach (5 min walk), the view is breathtaking, and the wildlife will wow you! (howler monkeys, green parrots, butterflies, humming birds). We share our gorgeous infinity pool with sweeping views of the brand-new Flamingo Marina, Playa Potrero, and Playa Flamingo.

You will love our apartment as it is modern, has all the needed conveniences, a comfortable bed, incredible views, lots of wildlife, and is very close to the gorgeous white sands of Flamingo Beach! The perfect home base for your stay is within walking distance to the beach!

Top notch

We loved our stay in playa Flamingo. This place has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean and all the boats coming into port. We loved spending our mornings on the patio, listening to the birds and drinking our coffee. Benjamin was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The only thing I would add to the listing is that it is longer than a five minute walk to the beach and it is straight down and then straight back up a very steep windy hill. Very thankful we had a car.

The most spectacular jungle and ocean views

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was new, clean and contemporary with everything you would need. Perfect for 2 people. The unit is actually located with a separate entrance off the side of a gorgeous main house. Location is in a neighborhood surrounded by prestigious properties, midway up a steep hill that allowed for the most beautiful lush jungle view of the ocean. Sitting by the shared infinity pool in the early morning listening to all the animals was surreal. We had our own little private terrace with a nice conversation set that also had a jungle ocean view. Flamingo beach is just down the hill within walking distance. Also a quick 5 min drive to the new elegant marina with shops and restaurants. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Check in was seamless. We would definitely return!
