Proximity A84 motorway, 7 km from Villedieu Les Poêles, tourist town, all services, pharmacy, doctor, hyper market, fun pool, typical market on Tuesday. Mont St Michel and its bay, St Malo, Granville, Jullouville, Caroles and its sandy beaches, landing beaches.
The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Just perfect

The property is in a quiet small vlllage with easy access to a lot of local attractions; things to do and see . It is well equipped and very clean . On arrival We were met by Florence , who was very kind and knowledgable about the local area .

Mietobjekt entspricht nicht der Beschreibung

Wir haben das Ferienhaus im August 2022 besucht. Nach Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Entfernung zum Meer falsch angegeben war und man etwa 23km zum nächsten Strand fahren muss. Schade war, dass es nicht hierbei blieb. Die Fotos der Unterkunft sind anscheinend schon etwas älter. Als erstes ist uns aufgefallen, dass im Badezimmer hinter der Dusche die Wand voller Schimmel ist, da das Duschwasser immer Richtung Wand fließt. Des Weiteren waren auch im Wohnzimmer Ansätze von Schimmel im Holzboden an der Wand zu erkennen. Die Tapete die an den Holzplatten an der Decke befestigt war, wurde abgerissen, sodass man die verbogenen, aufgequollenen Platten sehen konnte. Es hingen auch noch Tapetenfetzen von der Decke. Das nächste Problem war, dass zu unserem Eintreffen das Haus noch nicht richtig geputzt war. Es fanden sich eine Menge Haare und Dreck auf den Sofas, in den Ecken und unter den Möbeln. Nach Meldung an die deutsch sprechende Hausbetreuerin hat sie am nächsten Tag nochmal geputzt und war auch so sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Gartenmöbel waren bis auf den großen Außentisch nicht zu gebrauchen, da sie dann zusammengebrochen wären. Das Abwassersammelbecken neben dem Haus war undicht, wodurch bei jedem benutzen der Dusche, des Waschbeckens oder des Klos Fäkalgeruch durch offene Fenster ins Haus eindrang. Die schon in anderen Kommentaren bemängelte Internetleitung war tatsächlich unser kleinstes Problem. Durch noch weitere Kleinigkeiten die für uns auch eine Rolle spielten war dieses Ferienhaus eine Zumutung. Wir haben uns mehrmals an den Vermieter gewandt, jedoch gab es bisher keine Rückmeldung. Wir können jedem daher nur abraten dieses Haus zu buchen, solange es nicht saniert wurde.

Fijn verblijf gehad!

Effe lekker kunnen genieten met de vrienden. Rustige buurt. Mooie omgeving voor te wandelen met de hond. Er is wel geen bereik maar indien je een laptop meeneemt kan je de wifi kabel gebruiken. Mooie leuke dorpjes te bezoeken in de buurt.

Het ontbreken van WiFi en 3 of 4 G was wel teleurstellend. Er was immers aangegeven dat er in de woning WiFi was. Hierdoor was het zoeken naar wandelingen in de omgeving geen evidentie.
