• this is a budget friendly, business travel accommodation, it is not a luxurious house/villa. The backyard and laundry area is shared with other unit.
Note: There's a main house on the property, it is completely a separate house.
Other things to note about this property: During certain seasons, you may experience some bugs, ants, or spiders are more active. We're trying our best to control it. Please do not book, if uncomfortable.
Street Work at Redwood Avenue notification:
There will be ongoing construction in the area conducted by the City inline to Redwood Avenue Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Improvement Project. The project is set to begin on July 10th, 2023, and is expected to be substantially completed by November 2023. The regular working hours will be between the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Access in the area may be temporarily delayed or closed during construction but access to the property will be maintained at all times.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, request a passcode if you need to use laundry in the garage, the laundry is a shared area.
The Neighborhood:
Right near downtown Redwood City, and many great restaurants, bar, and cafes. Whole Foods, Safeway, Costco, Target, and Marshalls are all nearby.
Getting Around:
Centrally located near downtown Redwood City, with easy access to Silicon Valley.
A car is highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be Cancelled. COPS will be Called, and Legal Actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furnitures, and decorations are NOT allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
