I was in RWC for work and this little house was the perfect location and dog friendly. The small back yard is super nice for the dog. The host was super responsive and helpful when my dates changed. He responds within minutes if you have a question. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen pretty well stocked. As others have noted the trains are close and and could be considered loud, but seems you get used to them. I was at the house for 7 nights and the trains don't run after 11pm (or maybe midnight), but you just don't really notice them after awhile. I would stay here again.
Very comfortable unit, easy to find, easy access, very clean, nice amenities. Could use some smaller dishes. This unit is very near Caltrain tracks, but we were not really bothered.
Really a nice place to stay whether for a night or in my case for around 3 weeks! It was about a mile from the middle of Redwood City in a nice walkable neighborhood and the house looked exactly like the pictures.
Could not have asked for a better experience!
Thanks again!
Caleb
The house looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. There was available parking and other than the occasional train horn, the neighborhood is very quiet and pretty close to Stanford and Half Moon Bay.
Basically a brand new nicely appointed house. I had trouble sleeping with the trains being so loud right across the street (there is a crossing and they blow horns). I suppose you'd get used to it living there but if you're a light sleeper from a quiet suburb it could be an issue
