Beautiful country house with a large fenced garden and terrace with barbecue. Ground floor: living room fireplace with bay windows overlooking the garden, kitchen with dining area and bay windows, laundry room, bathroom, wc. On the floor: 4 rooms, room of water, toilet. Very well furnished and decorated. Many hiking trails from the house. It is 8 minutes from downtown La Roche sur Yon and 30 minutes from the beaches.
Bed linen is optional at the price of 10 euros per bed.
