**Due to the relaxing restrictions on worldwide travel- we are delighted to be re-open for short term rentals from July. Please be assured we are doing our upmost to comply with guidelines by providing a starter pack of cleaning items and hand soaps. We are leaving a 3 day break between guests to ensure an even more thorough cleanse of the villa. And we offer contactless check in. We are delighted to be able to welcome guests back - but we request that you check local/international rules and guidance for travel; and comply with advice and restrictions imposed by the Foreign Office and the Florida State. Naturally we also strongly advise you to ensure you have adequate travel insurance- Stay Safe. **

We welcome you to share our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in the quiet Greater Groves neighbourhood. We are approximately 30mins drive from Disney, 40 mins from Seaworld, 45 mins from Universal and 60-90 mins from either of the beautiful beaches on the Space or Gulf coasts.
Our villa is a fully equipped 'home from home' and has an open plan living, dining and kitchen which overlook our pool . The pool can be heated during cooler months at an additional cost- please contact us for a quotation.
We have a master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, a queen bedroom and twin which share a second bathroom.
For your entertainment, we provide High speed Wifi, a den with DVD player and Xbox (or a quiet reading escape!), a games room with pool table, airhockey, table football , darts board and a DVD player. Smart TVs in lounge area and Den- with Roku sticks on all TVs.
We are now fully open for bookings and welcome your enquiries. Tennis rackets are also provided for your use on the communal tennis courts. We provide a key fob for access to the communal pool and outdoor courts- please replace the key fob on the hook on your departure or a fee of $25.00 be applied.

Nice Home

Nicely decorated, well furnished, clean, comfortable home. We would stay here again if the opportunity should arise. One shortcoming was that we had friends join us for a few days and we did not find enough hand towels for everyone. There were also some minor maintenance issues, but the owner responded that they would be handled right away. Our main problem with this rental was not with the property or with the owner. We checked out about 2 weeks ago and the owner notified VRBO 3 days later to fully refund the damage deposit. We have not yet received that refund and were told their policy is not to provide a refund any earlier than 14 days from the time the owner releases it.

Robins nest review

Rented this house for 16 days. Everything was clean and tidy and has lots of space for out family of 4. Nice sized pool.. We were without some of the pool screen for our stay becaue of hirrican Ian. House is around 25 to 40 minutes to all major theme parks, so nice and quite with good neighbours. Only Negitive things I would say is, the master bed had a uncomfortable hump in it, pool table was sunk in the middle and ice maker in fridge is bot working and dirty.. Overall I would recommend this house. Thanks again for the stay

Thankful for a wonderful week

Thank you for sharing our home with us. It was perfect for our family. Only a 25 minute drive when we went to Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Discovery Cove. Grocery stores and restaurants are right around the corner and super convenient. Coming home to jump in the pool was the best way to relax. Thank you for being receptive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing villa, great owners

The villa was clean, well equipt, lovely location and neighbours and the owners were contactable throughout our stay. I would highly recommend and stay here again. There is so much going on now on highway 27 compared to many of years ago and just having so much food places on your doorstep without having all the traffic of the 192 was just perfect for me.

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood. Problems with quantity of towels and toilet paper. There was absolutely no coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Yet, we were expected to start dishwasher and laundry. Six televisions and unable to watch local programming

We found Robin’s Nest to be a nice vacation home for us. It was located out of the theme park traffic congestion and well equipped. Our only issue was no cable/satellite television capability. The owners and property managers were excellent to work with during our stay. We plan to return next winter!
