This beautiful dwelling can accommodate up to six people and is located a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive from Prainha and a 7-minute journey from the picturesque village of Alvor or Praia da Rocha, with all its shops and restaurants.



The accommodation has 2 suites, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds (4 people) + 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 children up to 14 years old or 1 adult) + extra cot.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD, wifi, air conditioning, cable TV and garden with pool view and outdoor furniture.



This tranquil development, where the property is located, stands out not only for the high quality of its accommodation units but also for the vast range of services and facilities available for all ages, such as 3 outdoor swimming pools for adults, 2 for children and an indoor swimming pool, including the Atlantic, shell-shaped, which sits at the top of the cliff, with the sea as a backdrop, children's pool, restaurants of various specialities and superior quality, tennis courts, health club, spa, mini-market and much more.



Guests will be able to access all resort services, although some of them have an additional cost and are paid on site.



The surrounding area is peaceful, but it is close to the best golf courses in the region and just 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Rocha Beach, two different but famous places for their restaurants, craftsmanship and entertainment.

Late arrival (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €250; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €125)

Late checkout (after 12:00 – €125; after 15:00 – €250; after 17:00 – current night rate)(All subject to availability)



Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning with our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



Please note that a tourist tax will be applied to all guests staying at our property. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of the stay.

Guests under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.



During the stay, keys and remote controls for the gates will be provided. In case of loss, a replacement fee of €45 will be applied.
