Perfect family and friends vacation home with fireplace and air conditioning situated between Fort Rock Park and the Deschutes River! This 3 bed/2 bath home is a Sunriver favorite in a quiet secluded neighborhood. With just over 1900 sq ft, this home is perfect for relaxing or enjoying all Central Oregon has to offer. Located in close proximity to bike/walking paths, minutes from SHARC & The Village at Sunriver, 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, 4 minutes to golf, & 25 minutes from Bend!

The space

Enjoy the open concept living with a large living room, sitting area, dining room and kitchen. Watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV while the chef of the group uses the fully equipped kitchen to make a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen has all the appliances and everything you'll need to create a feast - crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, blender, roasting pans, utensils, and coffee pot, among other things. There's also a great BBQ located on the upstairs deck, with plenty of patio seating, so you can grill up a delicious meal while soaking in all of the natural beauty Sunriver has to offer. The lower deck offers more patio seating and a large hot tub. The hot tub is surrounded by pine trees and the occasional deer is spotted snacking just outside of it, it is the perfect beginning and end to a good day of golfing, skiing, climbing, or any of the other numerous activities Sunriver has to offer.

There are 3 private bedrooms and 1 open sleeping space on the lower level. The large master bedroom boasts large windows and a king size bed, a quiet sitting area with large flat screen TV, giant walk in closet, and a master bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 have comfy queen size beds with closets and dressers for you to unpack into to make yourself feel at home. The open sleeping space has a twin bed and twin trundle with flat-screen TV and multiple board games to top off a fun night before retiring to your cozy rooms. Off of the sleeping space is the 2nd bathroom with a full bathtub to clean off the day from your outdoor fun in Sunriver.

The house is equipped with free WiFi and smart devices providing Hulu & Netflix on all 3 flat screen TVs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Air conditioning is also in this home, a rare find in Sunriver, an added bonus on those hot days of climbing and biking in Central Oregon. Sunriver incorporates a system of bike/pedestrian paths connecting the entire community together. Local companies provide bike and trailer rentals so your whole family can enjoy a ride through the beautiful scenery. This home comes with 8 SHARC unlimited use passes, just minutes away!! The Village at Sunriver is also close by and offers shopping, dining, breweries, bike and ski rentals, minigolf (summer) and ice skating (winter), among many other activities!

Check in was easy and extremely clean upon our arrival. We have returned to this same home several times because of the location being close to Deschutes River & easy bike ride to the Village for restaurants & shopping. We brought our bikes but bikes can be rented at the Village. Fort Rock Park where there is a playground, tennis and pickleball courts were all easy to ride our bikes to. Large Master Bedroom, two other bedrooms and even bunkbeds. Noticed they had highchair, pack n play and infant gate. Been there in the winter, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area only 30 mins. away. Since we've been coming a new hot-tub (which we used after sking) & a new BBQ. Several TV's with user friendly remote. Stocked kitchen with open floor plan. Free SHARC (swimming complex) passes a bonus! Would recommend for either couples or families for birthdays, anniv.'s or any vacation. We hope to return someday.

Perfect Ski Getaway spot!

Perfect vacation home

This was the perfect vacation home for our winter ski trip to Bachelor. The house was cozy, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after a day of skiing. There wasn't anything that I would change about this house and I can't wait to stay again!

Great Location for Family Dwelling

We had such an incredible time at this house! It was very comfortable, with a great hot tub and cozy living spaces. Sunriver is meant for outdoor recreation, and the location of this house was perfect! Quick (5 minutes) drive to a great playground that our nearly 4 year old loved. The river was in walking distance, and we spent hours playing in the water and mud next to a great bridge going across to more trails. The Village is nearby for shopping and food, and where we rented bikes to stroll around the SHARC and other neighborhoods. It was wonderful!

Return Stay at the Perfect House

We just had to return to this house because it is a great value for an entire house that was extremely clean on our arrival. We could prepare great meals on the outdoor grill and in the well stocked kitchen that even had a waffle iron! We love the large dining room table that is great for family meals and game night, and the open floor plan for socializing, The hot tub was a wonderful treat after a long day playing in the snow or after skiing. An added bonus, that we used during our summer visit, are the SHARC passes. We look forward to returning to this house to enjoy some kayaking, paddle boarding, and biking. The hosts are extremely gracious and very easy to work with!

Great place for a weekend getaway

My friends and I had an amazing time. House was extremely clean, kitchen was fully stacked with utensils, cooking equipment, and China, and the hot tub was awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to check out the Bend OR area. Great location: 5 mins away from Sunriver shopping center and in a very safe neighborhood.

Great Family Weekend Getaway

The house was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful stay. Our daughter is 3, so we didn't need these things, but I noticed there were a number of younger toddlers/baby amenities - pack 'n play, highchair, even a gate to block off playtime for a crawling little one. We traveled a fair amount when our daughter was younger and it was always SO nice to have these things at rentals, so I like leaving this information for other families. The owners were great and communicative. I'd definitely recommend this property to others looking to visit Sunriver.

COVID-19 Get Away to Sunriver

Our family needed time away from the monotany of quarantined pandemic life. This vacation gave us an opportunity to change scenery, enjoy mountain biking as a family, fly fishing, and hiking. We appreciated the swift communication from the owners, comfortable house, and the relaxing hot tub.

Overall a great place, only one small issue

The communication was prompt and helpful, the house was very clean and nice, and just as advertised - no surprises or disappointments. Our family of 5 was very comfortable. The location is as good as anywhere is Sunriver... although farther from the village than some may want. Being on the far north side I enjoyed the proximity to the Deschutes River trail for mountain biking. The kids really enjoyed winding down in the hot tub each night. Speaking of the hot tub, the ONLY thing preventing a 5-star rating was the Ring camera overlooking the hot tub area. It was a bit unsettling, feeling like we were being watched, which was kinda creepy. Is that really necessary? But overall a great experience staying here.

Can’t wait to come back!

We stopped in Sunriver for the last leg of our road trip and it was the perfect place to regroup. Everything was so comfortable and we all slept so soundly. They had everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay and we enjoyed playing the board games and were thankful for Netflix. Eric and Frances were great communicators and very thoughtful about their guests.

Fun stay in Sunriver

This home is perfect for a mid size family group. Three bedrooms on the bottom floor so they were cooler to sleep in, great open space on second floor for small groups. Large family table for meals. Upper deck with table, chairs and BBQ, and lower deck with the hot tub. The home is very private, and surrounding neighbors, at least while we were there, were quiet. Pretty sure two of the three homes are residents, so not a lot of parties etc going on. It’s away from the RR tracks, so no train noise, and close enough to do the River loop bike rides each day. Pretty much anything you need in the kitchen, games downstairs. Overall, very comfortable and homey. I’d recommend, and will keep this property in mind for future stays. Also, the owners were very responsive to any questions during our stay.

We had a group of 8 (2 families) which consisted of adults and teens and grandma. The home was beautiful and clean, and we could fit 8 comfortably. We were able to take advantage of the SHARC passes that are included with the home (reservation required in advance due to COVID-19 restricting the number of people who can use the SHARC facility). We had a few glitches with the BBQ and clothes dryer but Eric was very responsive and in one case showed up to help and in the other case, sent us some instructions to reset the dryer. We enjoyed the beautiful setting. While not that close to the village, the home is definitely close to the water. Everything is easily accessible by bike, and proximity is fine. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect getaway home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The home is well appointed and had more than everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking gadgets and appliances. We stayed during summertime but I could see this as a very comfortable home during winter as well! We would definitely return to this home! Owners may have removed bikes from the home when we were there, but we rented bikes very easily and had a great time riding around - felt like everything was a perfectly timed bike ride away! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sun River!

Deer Sightings

From pulling into the driveway the first evening and there stood a buck between the driveway and the next house - 20 feet from the car it was a fabulous much needed vacation. On our 2nd night we entertained family for dinner and they loved it too. Master bed was incredibly comfortable - loved the reverse living plan ( bedrooms all downstairs ) living area above. Beautifully stocked kitchen. Deer sightings ( the whole family ) every day - a new experience for us and we have been coming to Sunriver for years. AC was super for comfort.

The Perfect Vacation Place!

Four Season Recreation-Great Location-This place has it all! Whether it’s just a few that wants lots of room or a family/friends gathering this place is clean, comfortable and relaxing. In the fully stocked kitchen we had lots of counter space, an open floor plan to a large dining room table with plenty of room for everyone! Flows into living room area with nice size TV. We enjoyed the BBQ on the top deck. Nice private extra-large master bedroom with its own bathroom on the lower level. Two other bedrooms along with a second bath/shower. Soaking in the hot tub off of the lower level deck is private and quite. Would be perfect after winter skiing also! We all had so much fun riding the bikes provided on nice paved bike trails to SHARC indoor/outdoor water park, slides and lazy river with picnic area which was amazing for all sizes and ages! Our SHARC passes were provided and what a bonus! Fort Rock park with playground/basketball/softball/baseball. Beautiful Golf Course, Tennis and Pickelball courts. Very close to Deschutes River, boat rentals available. Owner was informative and helpful. We cannot wait till we book our next trip to this wonderful house.
