In the middle of the Alsatian vineyard, and located 2 minutes walk from the main access to the old town of Riquewihr, Villa Maeva takes place in a bourgeois house dating from 1850 and equipped with two four-star accommodations designed to offer a very good level of comfort.
Here, everything is done so that privileged guests only have to let themselves be carried away, high quality king size beds, spacious and independent accommodation, private car parks with charging station for electric vehicles, sauna, fitness room, outdoor terraces .

Villa Maeva is an ideal place for a stay to discover wine, gastronomy and the regional natural and cultural heritage!

Housing

It is above all the space and the quality materials that guided the choice of layout of this loft-style apartment with a surface area of 110m2.
The entrance opens onto a spacious living room of 65m2 with high ceilings. The wooden frame echoes the parquet that covers this whole universe.
On one side is a living room with comfortable sofas and a connected TV and on the other an elegant functional kitchen designed for conviviality (oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers).
The main bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and two basins.

On the night side, we discover a master bedroom with private bathroom and a second good-sized bedroom with storage space.

For the touch of originality, a wooden and metal staircase leads to a mezzanine allowing an additional sleeping area with a large double bed.

All bedding is sized in king size (160x200) with very high quality mattresses without compromising on sleeping comfort.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer completes the set.

The 30m2 terrace, accessible by a few stairs, offers a beautiful exposure and an unobstructed view of the vineyard and the surrounding greenery.

This atypical apartment completely renovated and fitted out offers generous volumes and a real feeling of space.

Wohlfühlen auf ganzer Linie

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese war sehr groß, gut eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage, direkt vor dem Tor zur Altstadt war prima. Den Parkplatz unbedingt mitbuchen. Es ist sonst schwierig, in Riquewihr einen Platz für das Auto zu finden.

Gute Adresse

Objekt war sauber und Abwicklung top. Hatten das Loft gebucht für 4 Personen. Wurden ein paar Tg vor der Anreise informiert, das die Loft wg. einem Schaden nicht bewohnbar ist. Wir nahmen das Angebot an, in der unteren Etage die Wohnung zu beziehen. Diese war auch ok, trotzdem schade, dass wir das Loft nicht kennen lernten.

Entspannte Tage im Elsass!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und können das Loft nur weiter empfehlen! Der große zentrale Raum plus Küche ist optimal ausgestattet für Frühstück, Abendessen und gemütliche Abende, wenn man einmal nicht raus will. Modern ausgestattet und genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Riquewihr liegt auch sehr zentral, um den Elsass kennen zu lernen! Wir kommen wieder!
