The Loft
Nestled on the ground floor of the Villa Maeva, this apartment develops 130m² and displays all the charm of the opulent housing of bourgeois houses from the beginning of the 20th century. Large volumes and high ceilings, beautiful light in all rooms, the accommodation meets many criteria for spending a moment of relaxation !
The entrance leads to a corridor allowing successive access to a guest toilet, a large bathroom with bath and shower (with washing machine and dryer), then three bedrooms including a master suite with its own bathroom and its private WC.
