Recently renovated, the spacious townhome is perfect for a 1 or 2 couples’ getaway. The first floor has an exquisite primary bedroom, king, with a gorgeous private bath, a beautiful seating area with TV, and access to the backyard. Down the hall, the guest bedroom, queen, with private bath, is equally impressive.

A wonderful space, the open living, dining and kitchen area is upstairs, with a nearby powder room. Off the living room is a large deck, with table, seating for 4, and a propane grill.

Perfect location

We loved that this rental is steps from the beach and that it includes beach setup. This made it so convenient and easy. Also Oversee was easy to work with and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

I would absolutely stayed here again! It was fantastic. The rental company was also great to work with on a small issue so I would fully expect them to be great if a bigger issue arose! We loved this rental and plan on coming back!

Beautiful place

Great neighborhood, lovely home and all the necessities we needed in the house. The house was fully stocked and provided easy access to the beach. Loved the quiet and private community. When we arrived the house was not yet cleaned which was disappointing. However, the property manager immediately responded and had the cleaning crew at the home to render service. Since this was rushed, I believe the cleaning would have been more complete and thorough if performed prior to our arrival.

March 2020...Bittersweet

Wonderful home...very clean and bright. It was a beautiful month in the panhandle but beaches closed, beach chairs removed and inability to even take a walk down the beach without a sheriff waving you back to your access...all was very sad. If we had not been in this particular house we would have just left Fl for home. Would come back in a heartbeat...that's if we don't lose our shirts in the market.

Good property for a small family or 2 couples

This was a good property for our family of 3! We liked having the living area above and the sleeping space below. Both bathrooms are spacious and updated. The beds are comfortable and we loved the sitting area in the master. The distance to the beach is exactly as the other reviews say: maybe 2-3 mins tops! In addition to the quick walk there are 2 outdoor showers and hoses. I loved having a gas stove for the nights we cooked in. If you’re a chef they have great small appliances - a kitchenaid mixer, a good blender for smoothies and a fun margarita maker/ice crusher. We had an issue with the lock and the management company addressed it quickly and with concern.

This is the perfect rental for the small family with or without kids. Kitchen and living room is great. The dining chairs need to be cleaned so we notified the property manager and I think they already scheduled the cleaning. we had minor issues with fridge filter and electronic lock but Oversee reacted quickly, so it did not influence our stay. By the way we are renting from Oversee again for the fall

In short, don't book here if the specific location is important to you. We would love to give a detailed review of the home itself. But we can't because we got a text just a few hours before check-in alleging that the owners had a family emergency and wouldn't vacate the property for our stay booked 11 months prior. Right...a "family emergency" that requires the owners to make an extended stay in a beach home? Really? Never mind that we had flown in with our grandchildren from their home in Europe to spend the week reconnecting with extended family staying across the street. Or that there was not a single property available in the same area because they didn't notify us until just a few hours before check-in. No, the owners had no problem forcing us to scramble to choose between multiple alternate (and lesser) properties miles away from our family; to have to borrow an extra vehicle to travel back-and-forth to visit our family multiple times every day; to miss the opportunities for our young grandchildren to "drop in" with our family when the mood struck, etc., etc., etc. First World problems? Sure. But the dismissiveness and lack of character involved in the last minute cancellation is unacceptable when paying this kind of money for a vacation. In fairness, the property manager was put in a terrible position by the owners, and did work to provide an alternate location, though none could equivalently meet what we originally booked. Just a terrible experience all around.

Everything needed was there except when we cleaned the grill(that was awfully dirty) and began cooking, both of the tanks appeared to be empty :( The AC broke down during the stay but the property manager handled it pretty fast, so it was a matter of 3 hours of discomfort. The only bigger issue I see with this property, it's the smell that was coming out of the ac vents during the air flow. Really unpleasant smell and it started every time the AC turned on. It was not only in one room but coming from the all vents. If this issue fixed (the company was notified about it), this is one of the best properties in the area for a small family and we would love to be back

It was bright and clean and updated which is always reassuring in a rental but especially during Covid! The beach access was easy, especially when needing to run back and forth from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a mixer! We loved the deck, especially for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning (although there was some construction noise in the mornings- but only noticeable big we were on the deck). The warm outdoor shower and hose made it easy to rinse ourselves and our stuff off before going inside. Oversee was very generous to meet us for an early check-in as well. We love Pelican Cir because of the ability to access the lake, the quietness of the beach, and it’s proximity to the Hub (and Seacrest and Alys if you’re willing to go a little further- we rode our bikes there daily). The only addition I would suggest is a baby gate- we had to go buy one because of the stairs with a little one. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Oversee is absolutely the best rental management company I have ever dealt with! Crystal, Claire and the other team members were immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The Mobile location is gorgeous and just 70 steps from the ocean. Beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood - wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on 30A.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

We absolutely loved this rental where you can hear the waves lapping the shoreline while sipping coffee on the deck. We also loved that you can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. It felt like we were on our own private beach everyday for a week. The rental was clean with a gorgeous coastal feeling. We can’t wait to return! Thank you.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time at Mobile. The interior esthetic made for a peaceful experience. It’s location, easy access, and beach umbrella/chairs enabled us to maximize our time on the beach. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to enjoy lots of family meals together. The kids enjoyed using the bikes which came with the rental. The mattresses were comfortable. Highly recommended!

Yearly vacation at the beach

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Oversee for 5 or 6 years now and at this property previously. Unfortunately this time there was obviously an issue. The bottom floor was very moldy smelling and walls were patched where there was an obvious leak of some kind. Very tough to stay there but we were committed at that point as it was our only vacation of the year. Called Oversee to let them know and the guy who answered apologized, said he would bring it up to his management, and get back with me. We never heard back form him or anyone at Oversee. Again we never had problems like this before but for a repeat customer I think they may have lost us as clients going forward.
