Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l’hôte est hyper disponible, réactif et super sympa. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable.Un petit rafraîchissement ne serait pas de trop et une vérification plus stricte du ménage fait par les anciens locataires ;)

Sehr Schönes Appartement nah am Meer

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die Tosettos sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine gute Urlaubswoche benötigt. Mit der Markise konnte man den Balkon auch in der heißen Nachmittagssonne gut nutzen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in der Garage abstellen. Danke für die gute Zeit.Allerdings hatten wir ein Problem mit FeWo/VRBO, die uns eine Überzahlung nicht zurückerstatteten. Das Problem hat nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun, der uns auch noch dabei unterstützte die Überzahlung zurück zu bekommen.

Location au Grau du Roi

Je vous recommande cette location car vous êtes très bien situé par rapport à la mer et au centre ville. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Les propriétaires sont des personnes à l'écoute et très accueillantes. Un séjour qui permet de se retrouver dans un avre de paie. Cdlt AOUCHAAOU

Schöner Urlaub

Alles wunderbar, sehr nah am Strand und beim Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich,gemütlich und sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gibt keinen Whirl Pool, wie es in der Beschreibung steht und kein deutsches TV. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Bisher bester Aufenthalt / Meilleur séjour jusqu'à présent

Ich war bisher schon 15-20x in Urlaub in Le Grau du Roi und dieser war durch die wirklich sehr gute Unterkunft mit der Schönste. Wirklich sehr geräumig, die Betten mit 190x140 für mich mit knapp 1,90m zwar etwas kurz, aber dafür mit den besten Matratzen, die ich dort jemals vorgefunden habe. Keine simplen Foutons, sondern richtige, echte Matratzen. Bei der Küche haben wir uns angewöhnt, verschiedene Dinge einfach immer mit einzupacken (Dosenöffner, Schere, ...). Das war hier zum ersten Mal nicht notwendig, da wirklich alles vorhanden war. Dazu ein großer Kühlschrank mit getrenntem Eisfach. Backofen in Griffhöhe. Herd mit 4 Ceranfelder. Spitze! In der Dusche kann ich mich auch als großer, breiter Mann bequem drehen und alles erreichen und Regendusche + Duschkopf ist schon premium. Gutes und stabiles Internet, so dass wir abends bequem über den mitgebrachten Stick streamen konnten. Dazu die wirklich netten und absolut unaufdringlichen Gastgeber immer in Reichweite, so dass Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet waren. Wenn wir wieder nach Le Grau du Roi in Urlaub fahren (was sicher passieren wird) werden wir definitiv schauen, ob diese Wohnung verfügbar ist. --------- Toutes mes excuses aux hôtes, j'aurais aimé rédiger également la critique en français, mais malheureusement je ne peux écrire que 1500 caractères.

Très belle location fonctionnelle ou il ne manque rien. A 10mn du centre-ville, de la plage et du carrefour express. Tolle Wohnung, ideale Lage

Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber hat Charme. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett. Alles was im Inserat beschrieben ist, ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Stadtstrand und zum L’Espiguette. Wir kannten Le Grau schon und haben auch schon woanders gewohnt. Aber hier waren die Betten am besten 😉. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Roberto und Mira.

Très bonne accueil à l’écoute serviable bel échange avec les hôtes nous reviendrons bientôt

Il manque juste des poêles de diamètre différents. J'ai demandé s'il y avait une cocotte en verre qui va au four, la propriétaire m’en a apporté une sans problème. Je recommande cette location. Ces gens sont d’un grande gentillesse on a notre arrivée nous attendait une boîte de chocolats et un sapin de Noël 🎄 🎅 décoré on c’est senti vraiment comme à la maison. Nous avons d’ailleurs prévu de revenir en mai.
