Relax and spend your days on the beach, on the bay fishing, or behind the house enjoying kayaking or canoeing in this brand newly built bayfront home! Golf and tennis for a fee just a short distance away at St. James Bay. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy all that beach life has to offer including the kayak and canoe!

Only 1 hour from Tallahassee and Tallahassee International Airport you will find this beautiful home. The home was built with an open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living space and kitchen. It offers a Master Suite with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower on one side of the house. It also offers a queen-size bed in the second bayfront room and a third bedroom with two single beds with a full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The living room also has a sofa sleeper as another option for the total of 6 guest to sleep. We provide for your convenience an enclosed outdoor shower to wash the sandy beach days away.

Barb and Ken’s place at AP is a dream! Great views , perfect location, and great amenities at the home. The house itself was immaculate and soooooo many extra touches that made our short stay easier. Communication was a breeze and all of the information provided was super helpful with ideas of things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Great view, comfortable home

The house was updated with new floors it looks like and a great kitchen. Great water pressure, which seems like maybe a minor thing but makes the stay very relaxing when you're on vacation and want creature comforts. The view of the bay is really great and much more interesting than the ocean side, especially in winter with the birds and marshes.

Nicely appointed clean house on the bay. Good fishing- I waded the first morning but after spotting a gator decided to use the canoe! The nearest beach at Bald Point wasn’t great, but the beach at St. George Island about 40 minutes away is one of the best in FL.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was totally clean, all was in working order, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The view was beautiful! The location was perfect for us: quiet and peaceful. Beach and bike trails and several parks nearby, and kayak and canoe for paddling in Alligator Harbor. Barbara and Ken were beyond helpful, and so friendly and responsive to any queries! We would definitely rent again.

Family time

Everything about this home was very comfortable and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the screened in porch every morning. My husband and brother-in-law love taking out the kayak the paddle around and go fishing. The house had everything that we could hope for which made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. I encourage anyone who's looking for some nice down time in a quiet community to stay here. Barbara and Ken were spectacular host.

What a relaxing stay!!

I will say from the beginning of the reservation the process and communication with the property owners was stellar!! Barbara was responsive and attentive. She made a welcome treat and a hand written welcome letter. She checked in a couple of times and we were only there 4 days. They obviously care about their guests. The house was super clean and fresh comfortable a family. The views off the back deck are amazing. Everything they claim in their listing is spot on. I would highly recommend.

Perfection!

We can't say enough good things about the hosts and this property. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the location on the bay was just beautiful. Being able to watch the gorgeous sunset every evening was a gift. We fished (with success 😀), went kayaking and soaked up the rays at the beach. Alligator Point is such a peaceful place. We also enjoyed fishing off a local pier and even spotted a gator coasting along the water. There is a lot of great wildlife to observe around the area. Barbara communicated all details so well and was always very prompt with responding to my inquiries. 5 star hosts! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had the best experience, renting from Ms. Barbara!! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing!!! We wanted something away from all the hustle and bustle and Alligator Point is exactly that!! Our 10 year old LOVES to fish and he was able to fish until his heart was content, right from the backyard!!! Our 6 year old LOVES the beach and we only had a two minute drive to take her to a beautiful beach!! Ms. Barbara is wonderful to correspond with and you can tell that she truly loves sharing her beautiful home and quiet hideaway with others!!! We would love to stay there again someday!!! 💜💜💜💜

Great house in Great location

This property is located in a great scenic area facing Ochlocknee Bay. We enjoyed taking the canoe and kayak out onto the bay viewing the wildlife surrounding environment. The property has public beach access nearby, but it is also only about a 35 minute drive from St. George's Island, which is our favorite beach in the area. Good seafood restaurants can be found nearby, my daughter and I recommend the Seafood Pizza from the Tropical Trader Shrimp CO. just down the road in Pancea. Yum-Ola! The house was tip top with regard to cleanliness and the property manager is super friendly and communication was outstanding. We stayed during the threat of Tropical Storm Elsa, and they found them extremely accommodating and informative about the weather and surrounding areas. My family and I would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone looking to take there family on a trip to enjoy "Old Florida"
