Cottage surrounded by nature, if you want to spend moments with family and quiet, then the Swan, cottage for 4 people, awaits you with its many hikes to do at the foot of the cottage!
Exceptional view of the Pyrenees, ski resort barely 40 km away, sea 100 km away ...
Located just 8 kilometers from Mirepoix, a pretty little medieval town
where you will find many shops, restaurants, bakery, bank, post office, health center, pharmacy ...
You can also visit the Cathar castles: Château de Foix, Carcassonne, Montségur.
A lake has been set up on the property, but swimming is not planned, you will simply have the pleasure of listening to the frogs sing!
The cottage has a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside and have a tasty barbecue. It should be noted that this terrace is shared with another semi-detached gite (it is separated by wooden panels).
To arrive at the Gite, from MIREPOIX: take direction Lavelanet, at the entrance of the village Labastide de Bousignac take the D7 on the left (Lagarde, Camon, Chalabre) on this straight line go about 2 KM then take on your left panel Jalabert, Bourrastel .
Do not stop at the first houses (Jalabert) continue for about 2 km (Bourrastel) and you have arrived!

Location très calme mais un peu isolée au bout d un chemin de 2 kilomètres et au milieu des bois.

Location adaptée pour se reposer ou la randonnée. Située à 8 km de Mirepoix très jolie cité.

Si vous recherchez un coin de tranquillité dans un écrin de nature vous serez conquis. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien et nos hôtes ont été très discrets. Rien à redire c'était parfait !

Agréable et reposant, idéal pour se ressourcer.

Gîte très calme, confortable, propre et très bien équipé avec une terrasse bien agréable. Un petit coin de campagne idéal pour se ressourcer. Très bel acceuil par nos hôtes et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontré. Personnes discrètes ... un excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Nous avons été très bien reçu par Antoinette et son mari Xavier. Le gîte est sympathique, bien fourni en vaisselle et petit Electromenager. La terrasse est super avec une très belle vue sur la nature environnante. Juste un détail.. mieux indiquer la route à suivre et les "pièges" à éviter avant l'arrivée au gîte. Le GPS n'est pas toujours notre meilleur guide à la campagne. Sinon vraiment top pour un moment de détente. Merci à nos hôtes
