The house was amazing!! Far away from the city life. Some quality time with my family. We enjoy ourselves in the pool and the quiet countryside made it easy to relax.

Lovely!

The host was very nice and supported us with any needs we had. Note that the 4th bedroom is not a "real" bedroom but is in the mezzanine with an open area towards living area and kitchen. The bed is small; not for 2 adults I would say. All in all we had a great stay, and loved the area and the house. it could benefit from some updates to the pool area and to the lounge beds, but that is all! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Carla!!

Lovely villa

Stayed as a family had a lovely time. Wuiet neighbourhood. You need a car as it is even quite a walk to the beach.The inside of house great and clean. The 4th bed is on a gallery above the lounge.The outside has a coal bbq but the furniture is a bit tired most of sun loungers cracked. The sprinklers for lawn come in at 11 so you have to ensure you’re not still out then (as we were) or you get soaked. This may be a good way to ensure that you go in an disturb neighbours though but otherwise would be better later on in the night!!The aircon is great although a bit erratic.

3 couples staying in gorgeous Lisbon for a rock concert in the city. Beautiful villa with pool in a great location. Really easy to get about via Uber. Nothing was too much trouble with Carla she was only a WhatsApp away. Very sad to go and already planning a return trip. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing

The villa is better than expected. The photos do not do it justice! I could not fault anything with the property at all. The pool is amazing, barbecue and all amenities were excellent. The house is spotless and so much room! Secure parking was a bonus. The host and the lady who greeted us were brilliant to deal with. I would 100% recommend this property. Only 30 minutes from the city centre.

Disappointing information on listing

My family rented this villa and almost everything was fabulous. The home is beautiful and easy to take advantage of all the good things in the house. The disappointing part of our stay was that the heated pool was not heated at all. We were told before booking that the pool heater had been fixed. It was not. In ten days it was never any warmer for the kids to swim. They did make attempts to fix this problem but the results were not satisfactory.

Not as advertised

Room accommodation as advertised with 4 functional sleeping areas and bathrooms. Bathroom shower wand not working and needs to be replaced. Showers could have a shelf for toiletries. Kitchen was well layout but lacked glass wear for number of guests. Air conditioning had issues as main living room area operated properly but AC in bedroom worked for about 2 hours and shutoff. Electrical panel needed to be reset and then a waiting period before AC worked. This process needed to be repeated every 1/12-2 hours. With temperatures in mid 30s this was annoying. The main reason we selected this property was for the advertised heated pool. This we were informed upon our arrival was not working. This was a major issue as we had 3 young children who were looking forward to using the pool. While they did use it the maximum amount of time was 15-20 minutes before it became too cold. Pool was dirty upon our arrival and was only cleaned 5 day into our 10 day stay. Outdoor furniture was also tired and rusty and needed to be replaced. This was rated at a 4.5 star accommodation but as someone who has travelled extensively I would rate it as a 3 star until the problem can be addressed.

The hosts representative Carla, was very pleasant and helpful. House is comfortable for your party of 6. We had a great deal of rain so that contributed to the damp feeling in house. The house if further outside of Lisbon than expected. We decided to Uber into town to avoid issues with parking a six person van

Belle villa un peu encaissée

La villa est trÚs belle et elle offre tout le confort à qui veut séjourner prÚs de Costa da Caparica (distance inférieure à 5 minutes en voitures) et à moins de 30 minutes de Lisbonne. Le principal défaut est que le terrain est petit et à proximité de maisons un peu bruyante notamment un chien qui aboie fortement. Par ailleurs le mobilier d'extérieur est à revoir et la piscine à entretenir (vieillissante et mal entretenue selon moi ). Elle reste une maison agréable et bien agencée sur la partie intérieure. Rapport qualité prix trÚs correct. Propriétaire trÚs arrangeant concernant les horaires. +++++

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Pool beheizt. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes dazugehöriges Bad hatte. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans une villa trÚs agréable

Villa trÚs agréable pour pour plusieurs familles. Nous étions deux couples avec enfants et avons pu disposer de parties nuits et sdb distinctes. La maison est équipée pour accueillir un bébé. Attention a la piscine qui n est pas sécurisée mais c etait expliqué dans l annonce. Nous avons pris une alarme de piscine avec nous. La maison est trÚs agréable et proche de Lisbonne. La voitures reste indispensable. Attention a éviter le péage automatique ou alors a prendre le bip via verre.
