endroit tres calme et paisible piscine super . propriétaire tres tres discret .magnifique endroit pour les vacanciers qui aime la nature .point tres négatif , la chaleur dans les chambres a coucher, une clim existante, qui ne climatise pas et de plus tres bruyante .une wifi qui existe mais marche a certain moment et pas d autres .des sanitaires qui mériterait d être refaite , et le point vraiment désagréable , le nombre de mouche notamment dans la cuisine .voici mon ressenti de la semaine

Propriétaires charmants Une gîte adorable à la ferme, dépaysement garanti, les premiers commerces sont à 10 minutes en voiture (très pratique) Les pièces spacieuses, et le coin piscine un vrai paradis!

Super gîte mais propreté de la salle de bain et la cuisine à revoir

Très bon accueil, facile à trouver Gros problème de ménage dans la partie salle de bain (odeur d'urine très désagréable) et la cuisine (gras). Nous avons fait le ménage dès le début du séjour afin de nous sentir à l'aise. Très dommage car le gîte est bien situé en pleine campagne. Animaux de la ferme tout autour et les taureaux qui nous surveillent dans la cuisine ! (génial les enfants ont adoré) Chambres spacieuses et propres Super piscine. La température de l'eau n'est pas à 28°C comme annoncé mais les enfants se sont bien amusés quand même ! Conclusion : Superbe gîte avec un gros problème de ménage à corriger

Difficile de se sentir comme chez soi

Les + : - Piscine privée interieure - Trés calme Les - : Il fait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres malgré la clim mobile extremement bruyante. Pas de réelle pièce de vie pour se relaxer si ce n'est la cuisine qui manque de luminosité. Manque cruelle d'ustensiles de cuisine Vaisselle sale Tue mouche éléctrique remplie de cadavre à l'arrivée... Pas de congelateur (donc pas d'apero avec glacons ... !) Odeur d'étable constante dans les WC et douche Une véritable invasion de mouche. C'est desagreable au possible ! Pas de réel espace exterieur pour se détendre. En bref, propriétaire qui ne se soucie guére du bien être des locataires et n'accepte pas les suggestions d'amelioration. Pour le prix, la prestation devrait être bien meilleure. Être dans le "tourisme" ça ne s'invente pas.

Gîte au calme, la nature à portée de main

Un gîte décoré avec goût. La propriétaire accueillante, présente près du gîte en cas de besoin. La piscine privée est un vrai plus, pour un vrai moment de déconnection, pas de wifi stable. Un bon week-end en famille.

Bous avons beaucoup apprécié ce week-end ! La description et les photos sont totalement conformes à l annonce ! Le lieu est fabuleux : une piscine dans le salon , c est exceptionnel ! Les lits sont confortables, le logement très bien équipé ! L environnement excellent : chants d oiseaux, fleurs, champs de blé ! On s est régalé ! On reviendra ! L accueil fut aussi excellent ! Piscine très agréable. Gite bien situé en campagne. Dommage que la partie jardin ne soit pas plus indépendante. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. (comme dans beaucoup d'endroit en campagne) Je pense que les chambres peuvent être très agréable hors saison. En plein été quand il fait chaud, le confort est nettement moindre malgré une clim mobile dans une des chambre.

Les plus : piscine très appréciable, propriétaire accueillant, proximité des sites touristiques. Les moins : un grand ménage serait le bienvenu, très poussiéreux, des toiles d'araignée et même si nous avons l'habitude de séjourner à la campagne, la cuisine infestée de mouches c'est vraiment très pénible. C'est dommage.

Ce n'est pas vrai le ménage était fait car il y avait des locataires avant vous et les mouches à la compagne il y en a toujours mais infestés c'est exagéré !!!

calme et piscine

la situation est idéale pour des vacances en famille, calme, proximité de rochefort, la rochelle et les marais poitevins. la piscine au sel a été très appréciée des enfants et des parents :). manque peut-être juste le canapé pour les soirées télés. Mais pour nous les enfants étaient trop fatigués de leur journées découvertes.
