The living room is equipped with a Tv/Dvd and gives access to a balcony.
Ski lockers in the residence.

The balcony with a sweeping view of the valley faces north.

The residence :
The Boussole residence is located 300 meters from the resort center, shops, and ski school ESF, and close to the slopes. The public carpark is at approximatively 100 meters. It is a medium sized residence with stone and wood traditional styling.

The Observatoire area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
