Belle appartement bien placé et bien equipé

Appartement conforme à la description. Il est malgré tout regrettable qu'un problème d'humidité nous ait conduit à être privé pendant 36 heures de la plaque électrique. A ma demande, le principe d'une indemnisation, au départ acceptée par le propriétaire, mais qui ne s'est jamais concretisée

Nous sommes conscients du désagrément occasionné par ce problème électrique. Cependant nous avons trouvé une solution dès le lendemain matin. De plus l'indemnisation vous a bien été envoyée la semaine suivant votre séjour. Nous faisons le maximum pour que nos locataires soient satisfaits de leurs séjours. Philippe et Christelle
