Warm apartment with the spirit of a mountain chalet.
In a triplex of 65m2 on the ground equipped for 8 people.
Within the Le Mamelon Vert residence, it is located on the 2nd floor and has a covered parking space (height 1.90m), a balcony and a ski locker.
5 minutes walk from the city center. 10 minutes from the Lys gondola, free shuttles run on avenue du Mamelon vert during school holidays and weekends.
A living room with dining table, a lounge area with TV and board games.
An open kitchen with induction hob, fridge and freezer, mini oven, microwave, Senséo and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Raclette machine, fondue machine, electric wok, crepe maker and waffle iron.
A bathroom with bathtub. Separate WC. storage room with washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron.
Large mezzanine upstairs with 2 sleeping areas each equipped with a double bed, and a double bedroom with wardrobe.
On the 2nd floor on the mezzanine, a double bed.
Baby equipment available: travel cot and high chair.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN AND END OF STAY CLEANING:
The beds have duvets and pillows. Only sheets and towels are not included in the rental, but available at an additional cost if desired.
We thank you for leaving the kitchen clean and tidy when you leave, removing your trash and thinking about sorting.

Les plus : Appart décoré avec soin, cosy, bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien chauffé, calme.
Les moins : peu de vue, pas de wifi et 4 G qui passe mal , au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur, une seule salle de bain pour 8 couchages et pas de chambre au RDC avec un escalier raide .

Muy buen sitio
Alojamiento muy limpio y funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Menaje suficiente y temperatura muy agradable. Alojamiento muy acojedor. Son camas para dos personas (8 personas en cuatro camas) . Para tener en cuenta.
