This place was so spacious and had that true cabin feel yet modern feels present. Bears made there appearance, only 1x. The view was spectacular. Easy drive to the trolly pick up so no need to pay for parking in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The view is spectacular and does require going up in elevation in order to obtain the beautiful views. Our cabin is situated on a flat piece of property which is unique for the area. I hope you did see we have a pretty new LG washer & dryer on the bottom floor of the cabin. They super nice and work great! Thank you for staying with us. We hope to host you again! Best Regards, Shauna Highlander Retreat Cabin

By far one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed in! The views were incredible and the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming! They even allowed us to check in a few hours early! The kitchen had everything we needed, including kids dishes and cups- a huge bonus when traveling with toddlers! We will definitely be back!
