POSHPADZ-Poolside Villa Walk to Jupiter Beach

Welcome to Poolside Villa, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Jupiter Beach retreat overlooking the community pool and just a short walk from the beach.
Carlin Park is approximately a 2-minute walk away, with beautiful Jupiter Beach just beyond. We make beach days easy by providing beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests.
Love tennis or pickleball? We also provide complimentary tennis rackets, pickleball paddles and balls. The community tennis courts are close by, and the pickleball equipment is yours to take wherever you choose to play.
After the beach or a game of tennis, cool off in the heated community pool, then return home and relax on your large private screened balcony overlooking the pool.
The Space
Poolside Villa offers an excellent layout for couples, families or friends travelling together.
Both bedrooms feature luxurious King-size beds, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.
The comfortable living area opens onto the large screened balcony overlooking the community pool — a wonderful place for morning coffee, reading or an evening drink.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and coffee lovers have a choice of both a 12-cup drip coffee maker and Keurig.
There's even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony for easy cooking.
Poolside Villa is located on the first floor with elevator access, making getting luggage and groceries to the condo easy.
Beach, Pool, Tennis & Jupiter
One of Poolside Villa's greatest advantages is its location.
You can walk to Carlin Park in approximately two minutes and continue across to Jupiter Beach, making it easy to enjoy the area without constantly getting into the car.
The community offers a heated swimming pool, tennis courts and racquetball court, while Jupiter's shops, restaurants, parks and waterfront attractions are all within easy reach.
With the beach gear, tennis rackets and pickleball equipment already provided, you can pack less and spend more time enjoying your vacation.
Families
Travelling with a young child? Poolside Villa already provides a complimentary high chair and Pack 'n Play.
Additional baby equipment, including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys, can also be rented locally through BabyQuip if required.

Starter Essentials
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Important Information Before Booking
There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change). HOA documentation must be completed and returned in order to obtain a parking permit. Vehicles without a valid permit may be towed, and POSHPADZ cannot accept responsibility for towing charges.
Trucks, RVs, vans and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the community.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
Arrivals and departures on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1 are subject to a $150 holiday convenience fee.
