Modalité d'accueils difficile (un mail + un texto et un appel pour avoir enfin les codes d'accès) OUF Notation dans l'appartement du risque de 60 euros de frais pour le ménage mais la douche est salle à l'arrive (flexible + tour du vasque de douche) et calcaire dans la bouilloire Une notice explicative de fonctionnement de la TV serait appréciable - Appartement bruyant - réveillé à 2 h 30 du matin par le retour de soirée des habitants - escalier d'accès en bois et location non insonorisées. L'emplacement géographique est idéale pour visiter toute la côte d'albâtre.

Avis mitigé

La situation géographique est bonne (on peut aller à pied faire ses courses et au lac de Caniel) mais l'immeuble est non loin d'une route assez passante (très bon double vitrage mais quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend bien). La description du logement est conforme excepté que le matelas du canapé a un énorme creux au milieu donc pas confort pour dormir. Celui du haut est bien mais la structure métallique bouge donc pas mal de bruit dès que la personne en haut bouge, mieux vaut avoir des boules quies. Ce que je déplore surtout, c'est le manque de propreté des lieux à l'arrivée (il ne faut pas être trop regardant, housse de canapé tâchée sur le côté, housse de coussin tâchée, frigo et placards pas nickels et une fois le sac poubelle ôté, déchets au fond de la poubelle...). D'autre part, j'ai dû aller à la pêche aux infos auprès du propriétaire 2 ou 3 jours avant mon arrivée pour l'organisation, je ne l'ai pas vu car lorsqu'on arrive, on a une boite à code pour récupérer les clés et la veille de notre départ, j'ai redemandé le code pour pouvoir y laisser la clé en partant et pas de réponse...Heureusement que mon fils s'en souvenait. Bref, pas de communication pour remercier de la location au départ, pas de communication à la fin pour savoir si l'on a passé un bon séjour...dommage.

Appartement sympa

L'appartement est très bien. Il est propre fonctionnel et proche d'un supermarché ce qui est pratique. Toutefois le chauffage ne fonctionne pas ce qui est dérangeant, les soirées sont fraîches.

Beau studio mais petit

Il y a quelques petites choses à améliorer : rideaux plus occultants car pas de volets, fuite d'eau sous toilette et récipient à vider, porte et fenêtres non étanches (pas idéal pour louer l'hiver). Mais propriétaires très sympathiques !

Agréable studio

Tout s'est très bien passé durant notre séjour. Nous avons seulement regretté qu'il n'y ai pas de grille pain et de cloche à micro ondes(éclaboussures). Nous recommandons ce petit studio pour sa propreté ,le confort du clic clac, sa proximité avec les commerces et la région d'Etretat.
