Magnificent completely secluded granite house located in an delightful spot in Cap de la Chèvre!
Big garden, sea view, this is a regularly renovated house.
All services, modern conveniences, satellite television, internet 3G (reasonable connection included — high-speed internet organised by the town hall is not yet available in February 2015).
Bedrooms with sea views
There is electric heating and a large fireplace.
The house offers a vast living/dining room. There are three bedrooms in the main house and a large bedroom in the attached house with a small additional living room and satellite TV.
This house will delight nature lovers with exceptional views.
We have no neighbours and the property cannot be looked into from the outside. The house is in the heart of the natural setting of Cap de la Chèvre, on the edge of the bustling village of Rostudel.

Owners since 1973, our family has always renovated and look after this granite house that we really love!
We have always spent holidays in here in every season.
Our mother has even written a book about this house named 'Comme un Rêve de Pierre' [As a stone dream] (edited by Seghers in 1999).

Why they chose this property

Renting this house allows us to look after it in a better way. All funds collected are going to be invested in the maintenance and renovation of our house.

What makes this property unique

Exceptional view! Discover this secluded house that cannot be looked into from the outside.
It is located on the edge of the village of Rostudel at the end of Cap de la Chèvre (last village before the sea!).
We have fallen in love with this house. My parents bought it 40 years ago and we have always renovated and looked after in order to keep up with modern comforts in Cap de la Chèvre, rated by Grand Sîte.
The location is majestic and the house is located at its heart. We can see the sea from any angle.
Lovers of nature, the sea, will not be disappointed.
There are two big bedrooms with double beds and a children's bedroom (two beds) that gives onto one of the two master bedrooms.
All bedrooms have sea view.
There is also a big bedroom/living room with TV and Mezzanine renovated in 2015 in the secluded house on the courtyard. It is ideal for young teenagers.
There is a bathroom and WC in the main house.
You can find a shower and an additional WC on the courtyard.
The large kitchen boasts a vast fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, electric hobs, many storage spaces, and small household appliances.
The house features a large living and a dining room.
