Luxurious furnishings, top end appliances and designer touches are showroom worthy. Beautiful textures flow from the master bedroom into an oh-so-soothing master bath. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I prefer the eastern side of the island and I have found my perfect Sanibel location. I’ve stayed at a few other complexes, but this is a good fit for my family. It’s a quiet, serene place and I personally wouldn’t recommend for families with very young children. Close to groceries and good restaurants. Lots of shells - enough for everyone!

We enjoyed our 8-night stay in Ocean Reach 4A4. Its at a good location in Sanibel, with wonderful beach access. Nice pool as well. They said A4A was the best view, and it was.

Everything was exactly how described…beautiful top floor unit. We never had to wait on the elevator which was nice. I would like to tell you there wasn’t any measuring cups that I could find. I would highly recommend this unit. The check in and out process was very easy.

The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there was a way to control the no-see-ums. They were so bad at certain times, we couldn’t be outside without being attacked. Overall we enjoyed our trip and loved being back on the island since Ian.
