Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

This is a spacious single level home. Every room a good sized. Very comfortable for our family meals and gathering by the gas fireplace. Perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. We would definitely book this home again.

Just as good as the first time!

This is our second time staying at this house. Just like the first time, it was clean and well-stocked, and the communication with the owner was great and responsive. We come to Medford to see family; this house is in a great location and quiet. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!

Beautiful Medford BnB

Home is clean, spacious and beautiful with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay away from home. I would highly recommend this BnB.

Great Location!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, nice and well-maintained backyard. House was well stocked and had everything that was needed. Very clean house. Communication was great, very prompt, got all of our access stuff in plenty of time. Would definitely stay again!

Medford Retreat

The property was wonderful, and just as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked, which allowed us to cook our own dinners. Having a garage was great, as I was able to keep my raft out of the elements and off the street when we weren't fishing. If I am back in the area, I will certainly stay here again. Great Property!

We were in town for the Rouge Valley Memorial day weekend soccer tournament. Our stay was great. The only complaint was that on Saturday when we returned from a game. The yard guy had shown up. It scared us a little because all our stuff was inside and the garage door was open. Other than that the stay was amazing. Thank you!

Just right.

The house was very clean. Well stocked pantry as well as lots of cooking supplies. Grandkids did a sleep over and begged for a second night. Lots of games and movies which helped because we had rain off and on. Would definitely stay there again.

We keep coming back to this perfect house. Every time we come to Medford to see my elderly mother, we stay here. Five times in the past 14 months. It's clean, smells good, it's quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It doesn't get any better than this! Thank you, Carol and Paul!

Comfortable quiet house

The house was very comfortable and located in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the welcome basket! We were a little disappointed that the fountain in the backyard still looked like it was winterized (covered in black plastic) despite it being after Memorial Day. However, we didn’t end up hanging out in the backyard so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Our 4th Stay in this Terric Home

We have been to Medford four times this past year to check in on my mother in a retirement facility. We always stay in this house! It is clean, comfortable, pretty, well appointed and feels just like home. We brought my mother over one afternoon for birthday cake and it was really nice to relax with her and a couple of relatives who popped in to see us. The owners are easy to communicate with, friendly and welcoming. The house rules are clear, easy to follow and we are looking forward to coming back again and again!

A Quiet Retreat

We loved this home! My husband I were in town to visit my elderly mother and to take care of some business. We wanted a quiet place to come home to at night where we could unwind and get a good night's sleep. This home was perfect! We were so comfortable. The house has everything you could possibly need, excellent wifi and tv, the kitchen is well stocked (just go buy your own groceries), it is tastefully decorated yet has a relaxed vibe. Next time we come to town, we hope to stay here again. We loved it!

Best Thanksgiving House

We loved our stay. Four of us stayed at the house and we had my son, his girlfriend, and her family over for Thanksgiving pizza and pasta. It was such a wonderful place for that. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and talk. One child six years old was there and he found plenty to do since the house has toys for kids. The house has EVERYTHING you need and want. It is very clean and nicely furnished. It was decorated for the season which we thought was a very thoughtful gesture. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. We had a wonderful, carefree, and problem free stay.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.

The house was just so well situated and equipped for my husband, brothers and I. We were gathering for the grand daughters’ marriage celebration. Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the house and outdoor patio area. It was so pleasant dining outdoors on the couple evenings we were at the house having meals. And a beautiful welcoming basket including 2 wine selections that was so thoughtful! Our one difficulty was the mattress in the corner bedroom which was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the house. Thank you so much! It was just what we’d hoped for while we were in town connecting with or family!

Our 7th Stay!

We've been coming to Medford to visit my parents for 25 years. Now that my mom is alone and in memory care, we try to come 3 or 4 times a year. It's good to see her, but it can be draining, so at the end of the day we just want to relax and unwind. The busy, noisy hotels don't work for us anymore. This house checked off all the boxes for us. It's clean, has a nice kitchen if you want to cook, tv and great gas fireplace in the living room, beds are comfortable ... it feels like home. The neighborhood is pretty and it's quiet. The owners are accessible and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back here every time!

Our Third Stay Here!

This house is perfect for our visits to see my mother in a retirement home in Medford. We were here in the fall, winter and now the spring. We feel like we are coming home every time. The house is clean, smells good, freshly made beds, plenty of towels, great internet, a kitchen with everything you need except groceries. The backyard is beautiful with a nice patio, tables and chairs, barbecue and lovely trees and rhododendrons. The neighborhood is quiet, there are sidewalks for strolling, the homes are well kept and we feel safe here. The communication with the owners is excellent and they are warm and welcoming. We look forward to coming back!

Feels like Home!!!!@

OMG! One of the best rentals ever! House was perfect and the kitchen was excellent. Clean and spacioud. Great little backyard for sipping mimosas with the girls. It was all better than expected. In a clean, safe, quiet residential neighborhood and only 15 minutes to our event. If i ever need to stay in Medford again, this is my house! (Only thing I'd add are some ice cube trays). Thank you Carol for the accomodation! We loved it!
