The Residence "Porto di Mar" is located in the city center, quiet while being close to the center, two minutes walk from shops (400m), supermarket (800m), the marina and its restaurants (350m) and sandy beaches (700m). In short, once your vehicle is parked you won't touch it anymore, everything is done on foot

The residence is also surrounded by greenery, tennis in the condominium (possibility of renting a court) and there is a pétanque court!


The City of Cavalaire:

- Wednesday market 200m from the residence
- water activities
- free shuttles in season, throughout the city and for the beaches, and VarLib Bus for the
        surrounding municipalities

And in the surroundings:
- Saint Tropez (14 kms)

        you can rent bikes / Le Levant for nature lovers…) look at the posters!
- Le Jardin du Rayol (5 km). For the bravest, you can walk there taking
        the old railway line at the exit of Cavalaire. The path overlooks the
        the Mediterranean, the landscapes are magnificent
- Port Grimaud with its renowned lakeside city
- The typical village of Ramatuelle
