In the town of Falicon, 15 minutes from the center of Nice, 10 minutes from the tram, served by a bus line, 30 minutes from Italy by highway. Pretty Studio equipped in individual house, southern exposure, typical of the Nice hills, consisting of:
- A kitchen living room of 14 m²
- 1 bedroom in open mezzanine with bed 140x200 with a height ridge of 1m60
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail
- Terrace 10 m² with stunning views of village and hills
- Independent entrance
- Air conditioner

The studio is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped: oven on worktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery available.
The region offers the possibility of sea or mountain activities.
Near the mythical GR5 trail, the Gairaut waterfall, 10 minutes from the arena of Cimiez "Matisse" and "Chagall" museums.
The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, it includes steps inside and outside.

AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW!!!!

Very friendly owners. I didn't have a car, they met me by car and helped me get there with a big suitcase and drove to the center of Nice on my back way. Very clean, everything in room is working. AND AMAZING MOUNTAIN ViEW Thank you Irma and Gerard!!! Elena, Ukraina

Charming side of Nice

Staying outside of the city centre was a bit of an adventure, especially without car. The public transport in Nice is... let's call it challenging. However, all of this inconvience is more than made up by the lovely hosts, Gérard and Irma, who care for you from start to end. Staying at their cozy and charming place is an experience that I will recommend to anyone. Merci!

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gérard et sa femme qui sont des hôtes exceptionnels, d'une grande gentillesse et aux petits soins. Le logement est très très propre, avec toutes les commodités, une bonne literie et une terrasse très agréable. Il est très bien situé pour visiter tous les plus beaux sites de la region et il est en plus au calme, ce qui est très appréciable. On reviendra avec joie.

Der schönste Urlaub

Von der herzlichen Begrüßung, bis zum traurigen Abschied; wundertoll. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und sieht sehr schnuckelig aus; perfekt für den Urlaub in Zweisamkeit. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut und ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto reist. Mit Gérard und Irma wurden wir sofort warm. Wir haben den Urlaub bei ihnen sehr genossen!

Nous avons passe en couple 2 belles semaines de vacances a Falicon dans un gite avec une petite terrasse et une belle vue sur les collines de Nice agreable pour prendre nos repas. Hébergement extrêmement propre. Jolie terrasse avec très belle vue. Cependant l'accès à la pièce en mezzanine est difficile et il manque un lavabo dans la salle de douche.

Traumhafte Lage und herzliche Gastgäber

Die Lage ist atemberaubend in den Bergen über Nizza. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Am Anfang waren wor nicht begeistert von der Empore zum Schlafen, aber wir haben uns schnell wohl gefüllt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse war die Buchung wert. Wir hatten alles was man braucht und die Gastgeber waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wieder gern und kann nur empfehlen!

Sehr zufrieden

Wir hatten eine außerordentlich tolle Zeit in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür mit der man einfach Nizza und andere Orte erreichen kann wenn man auf das Auto verzichten will.

La relation avec les propriétaires est rapidement devenu très amical à ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé dans un moment difficile au cours de notre voyage. Nous vous recommandons de faire le dîner sur la terrasse avec vue sur les collines de Nice!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit gite agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et apprécions de les avoir connus. Gite très bien situé, calme, pratique pour aller dans Nice et très belle vue depuis la terrasse.

Séjour génial

Une semaine de pur bonheur! Sur les hauteurs de Nice, dans un quartier résidentiel calme, le studio est très confortable et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la prévenance et l'accueil sympatique des propriétaires. Tout est là pour passer de belles vacances! Partie cuisine parfaitement équipée et moderne, télé et wifi, chambre en mezzanine vraiment très confortable (et nous sommes exigeants en ce qui concerne le sommeil), climatisation réglable, des espaces rangements nombreux et pratiques, et, cerise sur le gâteau, une terrasse équipée (table, chaises et transats) avec une vue époustouflante sur les collines, où nous avons mangé tous les soirs.....un vrai bonheur! Délicates attentions des propriétaires à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons ce studio et nous reviendrons.

Apartament with a great view

The apartment was really lovely. It was clean and cozy. Ideal for two people. The terrace has an incredible view. The owners are very hospitable. It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment.

Facilité pour aller à Nice en tram pour éviter la circulation et le paiement de parking. Studio petit mais fonctionnel. Terrasse très agréable où il est bon de prendre les repas.
